Ashley smiled a bit her cheeks felt hot but she quickly ignored the feeling. "Is that so?" she asked trying to keep on subject of what was going on outside.

"yeah i am guessing that they are arguing if they should leave cause there is nothing left or storm the castle." he then felt a littel embarassed because he was looking at the princess. He was thinking that she was way way out of his leauge.

"Well lets hope they chose not to invade, it would be a damper on the day to have to run some more" she said while looking down at her feet. Ashley sighed and looked away from the window "They seem to be taking quite awhile don't you think?" she asked because the people hadn't attacked and by now she figured they might not.

Harper then smiled "well there is only one way to figure out if they are gone or not" He grabbed something hard out of the room and chucked it at the bush. nothing happened. no squeal, no thump, nothing. Well it seems they have either decided to go bakc into camp of moved to another spot in the castle or have decided to invade and they are already inside

"Hey" she looked back down at the bush "That was my brush" she looked back up at him and laughed a little bit "well its gone now" she sighed and smiled.
"Thats good they are gone for right now." walking a distance away from the window she commented "That gives everyone at least some time, it might not be much but it will do."

"Sorry there was nothing else. It was the first thing i saw" he chuckled "And yes it does give time. If you want to we can go aorund warning the people around the castle." he looked out the window some more trying to find any other evidence that the invaders were gone or still at the castle

"Ok well where shall we start?" she asked after laughing at Harepers silly comment about the brush.

He smiled a small smile then said "well i say we start wondering around and make it towards the kings room and when we reach there we tell him about everything that is happening and what we know"

"I'm glad we moved from that bush before he hit us, that would've hurt." Marie thought to herself. Marie chanted to meka some papers that she would need to help with her plan. Marie walked to the entrance. Once she distracted a gaurd and put him in a trance, to let her in. She was ridding in on a horse as the gaurd escorting her into the castle. Marie jumped off the horse and thanked the gaurd. "Being half humn has its perks, I can hide amoung them and they don't suspect a thing." She thought to herself. Reaching the Princesses' door she knocked with the gaurd along side her.

Ashley looked at Hareper then at Alaric which he still seemed to be in his own little world. "Did someone knock?" she asked Hareper.

Ashley was still, she didn't recognize the knock on her door so she didn't answer it. She knew that someone was there and she mustn't answer the knock on the door.

Harper heard the knock as well. He got out his sword just in case. "Well either i can go check tha tout or we ignore it"

He kept his sword out but decided not to answer the door. "If they absoulutely need to get in they will enter and if they are intruders we will be ready." he kept his sword at his side and walked over to the wall facign the door and waited there.
