he wraped his arm around her waist and laghed with her. "ah, but i will not see it as a chore. any boy who comes to pick her up better be damned ready. or they will find themselves being chased by a dragon." he looked considerate for a moment, then added. " and depending on how the boy acts, Vein my or may not have fireworks as he chase's him."
Vein noded. " well, we could always go by ourselves."

Phantom closed her eyes and laughed again. "Anyone hurts my baby girl and I will not only send Vein after them, but Hera can me the meanest little thing on the face of the planet." Phantom yawned and tried to hide it but failing.
"That would be fun, but wouldn't that hurt them and us?"

he thought of that then sighed. "yes. it would. we will just have to wait i gues.. but in the mean time.. " he droped off the roof and flew back up with a kite in his teeth. he pulled it around, makeing it copy him.
he picked Phantom up and carried her to his bed. it was not the softest thing in the world.. but it was a matress and was comfterble. instead of just laying her down, he laied on the matress and settled her beside him. he tucked the blanket around her and let himself doze as he wraped an arm around her waist. he rested his head against her shoulder and sighed peacefuly.

Hera watched for a while then got a kite of her own and flew around with it.
Phantom smiled and sighed happily as she started to doze off. She moved so she would be really close to V, not disturbing his sleep and then she fell asleep herself.

Vein made a purring noise, then divebombed Hera with his kite. " attack dragons, show no fear!" playfuly he pulled away before he hit her, then did it again.

Hera didn't flinch when Vein came at her, instead she let go of her kite and blew a puff of smoke every time he came at her. Hera laughed and went back down to get her kite then came back up.
Phantom turned so she would face V in her sleep. She remembered in her sleep that he was resting on her shoulder so she did it as quick as posible without waking him up.

V slept deeply, not stirring as long as they were safe.
Vein growled playfuly and grabed Hera's kite before she could get it. he flew around her, keeping it just out of her reach. " smoke screen, abort alpha abort!" he fell from the sky, pulling up just before he hit the ground then going back up he made as if he was talking in a walkie talkie. " she's playin dirty, call in the reinforcments." he pulled his Kite and swooped at Hera again.

Hera found a spot that she would blend in very well and stayed there until Vein passed by. She came out of her hiding place and followed him silently. She grabed his tail gently and flew away. "Haha your dead!" Hera laughed.

'ooo.. sneak attack.. were goin down. its up to you charly, leave me and save yourselves..." he landed on the roof and feel over dramaticly. "i see, a bright light. oh.. wait. thats a hot rod!!!!!! i must be in heaven...." he got up and shook himself, laghing.

Phantom put the bag down and sat down still holding the crying Kara. Phantom hummed to her and made her go to sleep on a soft bench that was there. Phantom started to make Kara another crib. "He won't get away with this, he will pay for taking our home." Phantom got enuff of the crib finished to put Kara in it so she would feel like she was at home a little. Once Phantom knew she was ok in the crib she went into the work shop, sat down on a chair a sobbed.

knocking on the door lightly she whinced, not sure if she was welcome here. Sark stiffend her spine and called quietly threw the door. " ah.. Phantom?... are you and the baby alright..?"

Phantom walked to the door and opened it. "Kara is fine, please come in and into the work shop where the talk won't wake her." Phantom walked back into the work shop and sat in the chair she was in before.

she stood awkwardly as she looked at Phantom, not sure what she could say. finaly she settled with a helpful topic. " im sure.. father.. will get the people to help rebuild.. and we have a place where you can stay..." she drifted off and looked at the floor, wishing she could help.
