It's practically unconstitutional to make Same sex marriage illegal.

Desirable Ai Please keep in mind that the whole time you are reading this post, I have nothing against same sex marriages.
On my plane ride back here to Texas from Tokyo, I was listening to the radio. I was changing through the stations and all of a sudden I heard the statement "Same sex marriages". I decided to listen to it for a while, trying to get information.
I've found out, that even if it was to become legal, churchs will not be part of the wedding. They've said that for many states now, so tell me.. what is the point of same sex marriage in America? It's just going to cause bad discussions between everyone, and no matter whether it's legal or not, people will not go with it. I'm not going to sign this for many reasons. I can't say that I'm against same sex marriages, so that's not one of them. But good luck on trying to make it legal, because I highly doubt that it's going to work. Over half of the country dislikes it, so nothing is going to change. You have a point and I also think it most likely won't work. Although a voice is a voice no matter how small it is. *signs*

I have an argument to Desirable Ai's last quoted post.
One does not have to have a church to get married. The whole church thing is only for religious purposes, one is not married in the eyes of the government after being married in the church. In order to get the marriage benefits, etc. and to be legally married, all you need to to fill out several papers and have a judge perform the binding.
With that being said, same sex marriage would be just as possible, one just would have some difficulty getting a religious marriage, but a legal marriage if fully plausible.
As for the people having bad discussions about it, people have bad discussions about other people's hair and nosy neighbors always spread some kind of dirt on other people. This is just another one of those things, and just like all other things, the proper response is "******** 'em" and not let what they say get to you.
