For the skill points characters have earned so far? Ehh I don't think so. Seems like that maybe tedious. Let's take things one at a time first.

I have a suggestion for Weapons. I've been creating a formula and I don't want to make a individual formula for every weapon type, but I do feel that weapon types should have unique characteristics to them just as jutsus do. So, I suggest this:

Hand-Bladed Weapons: These weapons should cause continual damage since it would cause a bleeding effect if directly hit with the blade. So, I suggest that all bladed weapons have additional requirements as well as - Weapon Skill Bonus as a continual bleed effect for one additional post.

Blunt Weapons: These weapons heavily effect a person's mobility due to their bone breaking abilities and muscle bruising. I suggest that when hit directly with a blunt weapon it creates a slight stun effect to the target's mobility causing -Weapon Skill Bonus to the target's next roll (first action of the next post).

Edit: Crew decided to pass. Will be applied to all weapons within the next month.

Generating Damage.

I have a suggestion for this. Whenever you post an attacking post, I suggest generating the damage right after. Therefore, the opponent can subtract it from the HP within their following post. I suggest this due to a circumstance in our Heikou mission:

A Demon attacked Tsuigi.
Tsuigi was hit in his avoid post.
Tsuigi launched a counter attack.
Demon posted Damage, which made Tsuigi's HP go negative.

Tsuigi's counter attack post would have never needed to been typed up if the damage was generated before hand. So, Prince's post as Tsuigi was pretty much worthless and null. I suggest posting damage after you attack, so that effort isn't made into a counter post that won't even count.

that's a good suggestion, but then we have those people in the guild that will be like "Oh, they generated a high number, I better react in this way, so i dont lose that much HP" cause some people are lame like that and like to step out of character.
but i'll go by your suggestion cause i like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they're rping souly based on character.

karite was brainstorming some techniques for the heikou clan and we collaborated to make this technique:

Water release: Water Drill no jutsu
The user puts his hands in water, using the chakra to spin the water around their fists, pulling it up from the surface as he stands. The chakra will spin the water into a point, funneling into the shape of a drill. Like a miniature Tsunami, the user attacks with their fists, tearing into the flesh of their opponent with every punch.
CP: 32 + 10 per Holding post
Damage: 10 to 26 + Str Mod + Ninjutsu Bonus
Requirements: Ninjutsu 20 Ranks, Taijutsu 20 Ranks, Control 20 Ranks

but it really has nothing to do with our clan, so if anyone is interested in owning it or creating it, just go on ahead and post it in the approval thread as your own.

This is a suggestion for my darling Heikou~

As you guys have realized, you'll be partnered up pretty much for the majority of roleplay. I have a suggestion for your character build in order to make functioning pairs.

Obviously, the Meho's are built up to be damage dealers and blockers. The Jio's are built to be intellects and Fuin masters. When you guys hit level 5, you'll be able to do teamwork rolls. The Jio's should really focus on "Focus & Charisma" and the Meho's should focus on "Weapon Skill & Strength." If you utilize teamwork rolls effectively, the Jio's attack will be a nice boost for the Meho's. I really suggest ranged attacks for the Jio's, which you can use with Fuin later on! Then you can change your focuses to Fuin and Ninjutsu.

YOU WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE.

Haha! Opal was right in thinking that we should add Intel to determine chakra points.

Seems a little complicated. Why is there a bigger Chakra gain than Hp gain? Although I am fully supportive of it (when you include Character Level). Except the whole +Int shindig but that's just because Kane has crappy Int compared to Chk lol.

yea yea. we're updating and making new threads in the crew area. thanks for letting us know though. AND THANK YOU FOR SAYING IT NICELY INSTEAD OF COCKILY ---glares at a certain someone--- opal has gone through and made formulas for almost everything, so now our game system has more balance and structure to it... well it will with this new update.

but, you see nearly everyone in the series using more jutsu than they can take hits. not just ninjutsu masters and all that jazz.

that and when you think of agility, you think of swift movements. when you do a lot of swift movements, you have a better cardio. blah blah blah. im just finding an excuse to use the agility modifier more.

xd Ok then. Well the Hp thing is OK. I agree that the Agi Mod is underused.
I still think Cp points measures just the physical amount of chakra that's in the body, hence it being solely based on Chakra. When you grow older you naturally develop more and being smart won't help you if you have crappy reserves. So I think the Level system works better. But then again both ways work fine so yeah... I guess I'm fine with whatever is decided to be implemented =P

Wasn't sure if I should reply to this in the chatterbox or just quote here, but as far as in-world Naruto, when you think of the most intelligent people, they actually have the least amount of chakra. Shikamaru and Sakura are the first to come to mind. Kakashi at the start of the series.
On the other hand, if we're building formulas by using modifiers, then int is the only logical choice. Only mod not being used in those equations is strength.
Also, if you have 2 out of 3 formaulas involving character level, you might as well use all three so the math flows. I say either mix everything up so the mods have more use or keep a uniform simplicity.
