Jessica didn't even check her watch. She really didn't care what time it was. She got out of bed and put a sapphire colored tank top on, jean shorts, sapphire earrings, and a sapphire necklace on. After that she put some socks and tennis shoes on. She then put her hair up in a pony, but left some of her bags down, and tied it back with a sapphire colored ribbon. Right when she had gotten some breakfast, she then remembered: Alex is coming today! Yay! she thought happily.

Alex just finished packing the bag full of his things, and placed a clay-filled crystal skull into his pouch. "All right, let's get on the road, and off to egypt!" He said as he walked out of the door, and out into the barely lit atmosphere of britan.

A few hours later....

Alex stretched his bones as he finally made his land into the warm land of Egypt.

Aneisa nearly jumped at Serrenedy's grumpy awakening. "Sheesh. Am I the only one who's not a total a** in the morning? Honestly. I almost think I'd rather put up with Demona. At least I can understand her bitchiness a little." Chugging a coffee and downing a couple of donuts, Aneisa washed up a bit, got dressed and packed the little that she needed to.

When the plain landed in Egypt, Aneisa had a hard time standing up. She had become so stiff on the trip, it was at first it was a struggle to walk, but by the time they had gotten off the plane, walked through the tunnel and made it to the terminal, her legs had gotten sufficiently stretched. "Wow, this is nice. I was expecting it to be so hot here. And I mean, it is, but at least there's very little humidity. I think with English humidity and this temperature, it would be worse than death."

Aneisa laughed at Serrenedy's returned bounciness. "Well, I don't mind a bit of shopping and sight seeing. As long as Alex doesn't have any other plans for us. Of course, I bet he wants to go have some private time with his girl friend." She smirked at him.

Alex looked at the two, and just adjusted his one bag over his shoulder. "Oh no, I don't mind. In fact, here's 500 US dollars for both of you to go wild tonight. There's some people I have to meet and things to do, first. Meet me at the Sandsea, all right? It has a golden sailship in front of it. Meet me there around 10 in the evening, all right?" He said as he walked off in another direction.

Joan headed out side into the heat. Egypt wasn't the place she exactly wanted to be, but it was where one of her jobs had taken her. She had to check out some tomb in The Valley of Kings. Totally random. But she was getting paid for it, and she needed the money. She did anything for money.
She was more here for sightseeing, really. Her real job was for an amateur archeologist in the town she lived. All she had to do was head to some tomb and snap some photos of things that might look interesting to an archeologist, not that Joan had any clue what that might me. She just planned on taking pictures of the walls, and some old artifacts that might have been lying around.
Anyways, she headed out into the heat-it was almost 110 degrees Fahrenheit-and looked around. She wasn't wearing her normal temple clothes, those were heavy and hot. Instead, she had changed into a simple pink silk shirt and cotton shorts. Sandals noisily slapped against the ground and her foot as she walked, and she had a pair of sunglasses on her face.
I don't leave here until tomorrow morning, might as well try out some local stuff. She thought as she looked around the city.
She walked into a local restaurant and asked for a menu in rough Arabic, the local language, although some people probably understood English, Joan wanted to try speaking a foreign language for once.
the menu had lots of things on it, but Joan ordered Mint tea and Tamiya. She settled into a table and took out her book to read while she waited for her food to come.

Joan couldn't relax to read. She was in a foreign place with people she didn't know. Everyone was staring at her, and she didn't like it. She smiled uncomfortably and closed her book, noting the page number before hand. She was tired. She hadn't noticed before because of all the things she had to do. Now that she had sorted everything out, and she was able to calm down, she realized how tired she was. She forgot about her food, and stood, taking her book and her bag with her. She walked out of the restaurant and headed back to her hotel room, and practically collapsed on her bed, falling asleep.
