When they were done, Chris kissed Koubi one last time before curling up against him. The other was so warm.

Sweating and panting, Koubi kissed Chris back, and held the other close to him, "Can you sleep in my bed now?" He smirked, pulling a blanket over their bodies.

sighing in irritation, he watched as the doctor patched up the kid and then casted an arm and splinted an ankle amidst other things. "is he DONE yet?" asked ex with another sigh, referring to the boy as maybe a play thing.

Suddenly the doctor fell over backwards as the boy slammed his fist into his face. Standing up, he looked around in confusion. He looked much calmer and more collected than he had a while ago. In fact, he seemed like a completely different boy than before. Looking over, his eyes connected with another teenager's......"Where am I?" He asked flatly, watching him unmovingly.

"Headquarters," replied Ex simply. he watched the boy with renewed interest. finally... he thought with a small grin. let the games begin... "How're those wounds?" he didn't perticularly care, but.. it seemed a fair place to start.

"Headquarters of the Dusks I see......" He said just as simply. "Why would my wounds matter to a Dusk?" He then stated flatly. Walking for the the bars, he put his hands in his pockets. "Did you pick me up off the streets? Is this a sign of war? Why was I brought here?" Every question was asking with such a careless, boring sounding attitude, that with each one he asked he became less and less enthusiastic, and didn't seem confused at all anymore.

intrigued even more by his lack of attitude, he replied as if it were an obvious answer, "so that we can fight, naturally." then, raising his eyebrows, he added, "and we're almost always at war, so there's no certianty there. Yes, you could say i got you off the streets; i brought you here because i had nothing better to do." ex continued sitting in his chair and watched the kid calmly, his vibrant eyes gleaming in the dim light. his tone of voice was no different than that which the boy had used. "a name would also be rather appreciated so i don't have to keep calling you 'kid' or 'boy', though there's no guaranatee that telling me your name will stop that. unless you like it, of course. or don't mind it." he examined his hand absent-mindedly and let it fall back into his lap. "well?"

"If we are just fighting, I don't see the point in getting friendly." He said with a sigh. "And if you wanted to fight, you could have asked instead of bringing me home as a pet. I have things to do and you are in the way."

"hm. i like your attitude. you know, it's not too late to switch over to our side...." ex studied the kid's expression closely, disguising his examination with that exact same expression he'd had on his own face virtually the entire conversation.

Looking as if he was calmly contemplating this, he walked smoothly to the bars of his prison, moving a slender, pale hand along his cheek, and down to his chin, before resting in a look of thought. "Hmmm....If I said no to that little invite, I wonder what you would do." He said blankly, watching him watching himself.

"i wouldn't do anything," he replied. "i'd just view you as an enemy... pity, it'd be such a waste..." he's got a pretty good face, too.. he gave an easy sigh.

Smiling coldly, he said "If that's what it'll take, than I refuse your offer." without even a second thought. He looked so bored, but his eyes had a hint of excitement smoldering in the green of them.
"Since I am an enemy, you wouldn't want me in here. I'll just get out. Either fight me or stop waisting my time."

"i didn't say that was what it'd take. and why would i just let you out? i'll sit here until you GET out, and then we can fight or whatever. hopefully you don't throw another hissy fit like last time." he stretched out his legs in front of him, then folded them back under the chair and leaned forward with his elbows on his quads.
