Tsukiyamoru looked out onto the grasslands, watching the wind cause the grass to sway. The ever-present mist swirled lazily, forming patterns upon occasion. She then tried again. She could feel the marks on her face warm slightly, and she bit her fingers, balled them into a fist, and slammed it into the ground, sending out some chakra. She stood straight again, looking around. The wind loosened her hair, and it fell down her back. Some of it floating gently on the breeze.
She nearly gave up again when she heard a faint buzzing. She looked in it's direction and saw a small beetle flying towards her. A relation to Lord Kuwagata? she wondered, as the beetle drew closer.

The beetle then hovered in front of her face, seeming to be examining her. After a few moments of it flying lazily around her head it stopped again in front of her face. "I'm Lord Kuwagata's youngest son. You summoned me?" the beetle asked.
A little surprised that it knew english, though she knew she shouldn't be, she nodded. "Yes. I'm Mizu Tsukiyamoru." she said, guessing that the last part was the right thing to say.
She saw the beetle sniff, "Would you mind giving me a place to land? It's tiring to be flying constantly." it said, she could hear the annoyance in the beetle's voice. She complied and held out her hand and the beetle landed. "So what happened to the last guy?" he asked.
She paused before answering, "He transfered the summon to me, and then died. I know not of the cause." she said quietly.

The beetle seemed to nodd, "How unfortunate. He was a good shinobi, if not one who just had a knack of getting into trouble easily." he said. She then watched the beetle look her up and down again, "Though, I don't know why he gave the summon to you. You do not seem strong enough for it, nor experienced enough." he added, she could tell he was frowning in some way.
She sighed, "I do not know either. All I do know is that he had followed me, and had been watching me. Next thing I know he's transfering the summon to me." she said, laying down in the grass, gently moving the beetle to a blade of grass. "And indeed, i have much to learn before I can be a good shinobi." she added.
The beetle clung to the blade of grass, and then moved down it and flew over to her chest. It landed there and looked down at her, "At least you understand that." she heard it mutter.

((7/11 to go....))

"i understood that probably sooner than others normally would." she whispered to herself.
The beetle looked at her, it's head tilting to one side. "Indeed, I remember hearing of you. That man did explain his thinking of why he chose you, now that I think about it. He knew of your past, said he knew you." he said.
She sat up suddenly, already gently saving him from falling. "He knew me? I know him? Stop lying, I didn't recognize him." she said, her brow furrowing in slight anger.
THe beetle shook it's head, "I'm not lying. I think he said his name was Hikashi. Sound familiar to you? He told us all he knew about you." the beetle answered, seemingly defiant in some way.

She stiffened and brought the beetle closer to her face. "Hikashi?!" she whispered, surprised that he hadn't said anything to her. She then sat back, shocked that he had died. He had been a close friend of my family for the longest time..... she thought, and sighed.
"I'm surprised he didn't say anything..." she said breathlessly.
THe beetle nodded, "I know. He told us it was because he was involved with something, and couldn't meet you. He didn't want to put you in more danger than you were already in." he said. He then perked up and looked away.
She looked at him, "What is it?" she asked, wondering if anything was wrong.

"Hm...it would appear my father wants me home. well, farwell for now Mizu Tsukiyamoru. It would seem you have gained a slight trust of my father." he said, taking flight.
Tsuki nodded, "I see. I'm glad for that. And I thank you for coming." she said, standing.
She saw him nodd and then fly off. She sighed, and wondered what Hikashi had gotten himself into. She then felt slightly drained and she sat back. She then walked to the forest and slept.
In her dreams she saw memories of Hikashi and her family before everything had changed.

She woke with a start, a cold sweat beading her forehead. She calmed herself and looked around. She then stood up and looked across the mist strewn grasslands. She then decided on trying to summon a stronger Kuwagata. Running her fingers down the marks on her face, she bit them, and then formed a fist, slamming it into the ground, sending more chakra than before. She looked around the field after straightening up. She waited a few moments and then heard a louder buzzing. She looked up and saw a man-sized beetle flying downward towards her. "My name is--" she started, but the beetle cut her off with a wave of it's legs. "I know who you are. My younger brother told us about you." he said, resting on the ground.
"I see. I'm glad you came." she said, bowing her head slightly.
"well, you did summon me. Though I can't say i understand why my younger brother believes you'll do allright." he said, looking her up and down, she guessed his eyes were narrowed.

She did stiffen the smallest bit, and looked at him cooly. "I'm not sure myself. Maybe he saw something in me that I can't see myself." she said, shrugging.
The beetle sighed, "that is possible. Though he is weaker than me, I need some proof. Despite what Hikashi has told us of you." he said, wings flapping suddenly, then folding again.
She looked at him, "Of course. What can or should I do?" she asked, her hair blowing gently on the wind.
She thought she saw him grimace, "I know what jutsu's you can do, and I know of your past. But tell me, how are you with your thinking? how do you strategize what jutsu's to use or what to do next?" he asked.
She relaxed and thought about it for a minute. "If I'm not alone in a battle, I try to figure what is best for them and for me. If alone, I try to figure out how to escape and then launch a counter attack." she answered, taking a breath and hoping she was correct. She really did want to be able to work with Kuwagata.

She watched him ponder for a moment and then he seemed to nodd. "Hm...there may be hope for you yet. It would appear my father wishes to speak with you. Just repeat what you did to summon me. i will remain until he gets here." he said, stepping off to one side.
She nodded and complied, sending as much chakra as possible. She then straightened and looked at the eldest son of Lord Kuwagata. He made no move and had his head cocked to one side. He then suddenly flapped his wings hurridly, and sure enough she heard a loud buzzing. She then felt a rumbling, and steadied herself.
A large beetle descended and landed, causing a small shake in the ground. She saw his son nodd and then leave. She turned her full attention to Lord Kuwagata then, bowing. "It is a great honor to be in your presence Lord Kuwagata." she said, rising.
She looked up at him, and saw he was looking at her critically. "You are Hikashi's successor? Hmph....pitiful. At least he had much more skill than you." he said, his voice booming across the grasslands.
She stood straight and bit her lip, "indeed I am. His reasons are unknown to me, though I did know him from before." she said rather loudly.

Re-entering Mist after so long had Suichi worried, he hadn't been there in so long he wondered if they had considered him, a missing nin, he slowly head into the Hokages office and sat infront of the Mizukage himself.

"It's been a while" The Mizukage said calmly

"I'm just checking in" Suichi said looking at the papers on his desk.

Suichi then looked down at his feet then back up at the Mizukage.

"Can you sign me up for a mission?" suichi said staring forward at the top of the Mizukage's head, which was covered in the same blue, diamond shaped headwear he usually sported.

"Sure, here's one, Several children have went missing into the forest early yesterday and have yet to return, They belong to several members of Mist and would Highly appreciate it if you could safely return them.

Suichi took the packet out of the Mizukage's hands and walked toward the door, waving his right hand as he opened the packet and stared down into it.

Suichi then head that way passed several stores, then into the residential area, then into the training grounds.

Suichi then walked over to them and folded his arms acrossed his chest and looked down the children

"What do you think your doing?" Suic said in a mature voice

The kids looked up and then scattered in three diffferent directions all shooting off into different parts of the training ground which was one big maze of nin equipment and dangerous items. Suichi then ran after the one to the left.

((Yes!!))

The large beetle looked down at her, eyes narrowed. She looked back cooly, knowing it was better to show she was unafraid.
"Hmph, you've got nerve Mizu Tsukiyamoru. I like that, but do not believe that this means that you've gained my trust. Your far from it, but gradually coming closer. I will leave you to rest, if you need me, you know how to get me." he said, voice echoing across the grasslands.
"I thank you Lord Kuwagata. I'm glad to know you." she said, bowing again.
He nodded and then took flight, disappearing into the sky. She looked after him and then sighed. She felt her hair come loose, and she let it. her ninja band slid forward, but she pushed it back. Sighing she returned to her camp in the forest, and sat down, thinking over everything that had taken place.
