Skippy heard Chiai's sigh. He couldn't help so he acted like he didn't notice. Skippy stoped to wal near Naisu. He barked for her to pick him up. Oh, how much he wished she could understand him. He wimpered and droppedout of her arms. He caught up to Chiai and tried to look into her eyes.

"Oh boy..." Avi said as she followed Nodoka out the door. "Nodoka!" She called out after him. She ran after him. "You are NOT supposed to be running!!!"
She knocked gently on his door. "Hey, buddy, you okay?"

"Go away!!" Nodoka yelled, regreting that he didn't lock his door. He pushed his head deeper into his pillow as he began to cry. Tommorow was the 6 year anniversery from that day. Nodoka still had trouble copeing with his past.
Assari made his way up to Nodoka's room. He knew what day tomorrow was. Upon seeing someone else at his door, he stayed hidden around the corner to see what was going on. Nodoka hadn't ever had many friends, people that knew about his past shuned him for it, and people that didn't shund him just because everyone else did. So he was suprised to see someone at his door.

Kisa ran but as soon as she was close to Nodokas door she stumbled and rolled. She tried to stand but was too dizzy and backed up into a wall. Kisa started having trouble breathing after hitting her back hard and started coughing non-stop. She started wince after every cough from the pain that started up in her chest. She curled her tail around her paws and kept her eyes, that where now filled with pain, shut tight.
Chiai glanced over at Skippy but looked back down at the ground sadly. She started daydreaming as she stared at her paws and the ground. Chiai stumbled forward snapping out of her daydream and shook her head. She sighed and looked stight ahead again.

"Nodoka," Avi said gently. "It's all right, Naisu's fine. Please tell me what's going on!" She wanted to open the door and force it out of him, but she felt it wouldn't be the best thing to do.
She glanced curiously as a fox ran by. It tripped and now stood against the wall. Avi let it be. It looked a bit frazzled. Imoto stood behind Avi with a smirk as she watched the canine stumble. Avi turned her attention back to Nodoka's door.
"Come on," she pleaded. "Just open the door."

"Just go away," Nodoka said, now cramming his head under the pillow. He tried to push every thing out of his head but he soon drifted back to that day. He remembered the boy whom he had killed's parents glare of pure hatred. He remembered how everytime someone was picking on him, Assari stepped in. Where is Assari? He's normally here by now. Nodoka lifted his head from the pillow and stood up, wiping his eyes. He walked ofer to the door and opened it. Incredibly grateful for the darkness in the room, he made his way back over to his bed. He layed on the blanket and fiddled with his hair. The room was silent.
Assari sat by the door so he could hear in. Hmm. This year is a bit different. Someone coming to comfort him? Assari thought. He peered in the door. And it is a girl? He smiled.

Skippy could tell Chiai was disturbed. He could do nothing to help. He remembered the song that Chiai sang to him so he could go to sleep. He tried hard to remember the words as he sang. He was very loud and off beat but it was the best he could do. "Tell me what the rain knows, O are these the Tears or Ages, That wash away the Wolf's Rain"........he paused thinking "And leave not a trace of the day? Tell me wha the rain knows, O is this the flood of fortune, That pors itself upon me? O see how I drown in this sea. Hark, hear the howl that eats the moon alive, Your fur is on fire, The smoke turns the whole sky raven black, And the world upon your back will crack. Where will you go, Now you've no home?" I think thats how it goes,he mumbled to himself. They had been walking and running for quite a long time now. "Um, do you think we should go outside and look?" He asked Chiai.

Chiai smiled as Skippy tried his best to sing her most favorite song. She nodded to his questin and quietly started singing the song to herself.
Kisa fell down on her stomach and just laid there not feel like moving anymore. She glanced over and saw Avi and Imoto, "Imoto...." she whispered so Avi couldnt hear here, "Hey Imoto come here...." she whispered to the cat again.

Skippy stopped singing, he saw Chiai smile and he thought his job was done. He turned down one hallway and headed towards the door. He sat waiting for Naisu. He got outside and ran, he turned to wait for Chiai to catch up.

Chiai quickly ran after Skippy. When she reached him she tried to stop but instead slid and fell. Chiai stayed quiet for a minute dazzed, but then started laughing.

Skippy tried to keep from laughing. Finally he let it go and he burst into tears laughing. The good part was when he finally laughed Chiai was laughing too. He then helped her to her feet and made sure she was ready to run again.

Chiai thanked Skippy then ran off ahead of him still laughing. She quickly ran under a nearby bush into a large field and skidded to a stop and glanced around. Chiai looked behind her and noticed that Skippy wasnt there. She started getting panicky and her eyes filled with worry and fear.

Skoppy ran after Chiai. He sat watching her panick. At the right moment he leaped straight toward her. Knocking her down in the process.
Naisu wnt looking for Kisa. She got hungry and thought the dogs might be too so she ran to her dorm as fast as possible. Out of the corner of he eyes she caught a glimpse of Kisa. She ran to her out of breath and panting. She was bent over with her head down. When the words finally came out they were hard to understand. "Chiai and Skippy....are together....in...a field....playing....we were...looking for....you." She looked up and tried to breath deep slow breaths to calm herself.

Chiai gasped at the sudden weight that landed on her, making her fall. She glanced up to see Skippy and smiled. She struggled to get up but couldnt. She frowned and thought about what to do to get him off. Chiai smirked evily and licked Skippy on the cheek.
Kisa sighed as she tryed to get up from the ground but winced in pain as she sliped and fell. She glanced up at Naisu and smiled kindly, "thanks for taking care of Chiai while i was....missing. can you do me a favor? can you please help me up?" she asked embaressed that she would have to ask for help to stand. Kisa's fox tail twitched and she sneezed as her tail axcidently touched her muzzle. Kisa shook her head and then glanced back up at Naisu.
