Leo sighed and sat on the floor, holding Roo, close. He didn't like how he had to wait for people to talk all the time.

Hearing the story of this child, her blood red eyes narrowed and then looked away from Randal a bit, then back to his eyes, "Don't worry. All he needs is time. Just leave him with me. I'll take good care of him.." All that talk stirred up old memories of her past, but she shook them from her mind and smirked some, "He'll be fine in my care.."

Doc Catherine walked over to the boy called Leo and bent forward a bit, slower this time. She put out her left hand and gave him her softest face, her most gentle looking face and smiled some, "Don't worry, I'll never hurt you. You're safe with me. If anyone bothers you, tell me and they will be very sorry. Please, trust me. Now, I know Randal told me your name, but I was wondering if you could tell me while I heal that cute little face of yours? Come now, and I'll get you all patched up good, alright?"

Randal smiled a little, she would take care of Leo for now, he needed a break from the constant feeding of the newly turned vampire. "Thank you. If you feel uncomfortable with feeding him please come and see me. I will be back later unless you need anything else." he said.

(( Iriski I am letting you know about our healing rule. THere are quiet a few people that actually like haveing their characters hurt so I have made it a requirment that you ask people whether or not they want their characters healed and to what extent, this was due to a previouse healer who was complained about <)

"I like Leo better." He mumbled, closing his eyes. As she went through the process of trying to comfort him. Later on he responded to her other questions. "I'm seven, Daddy says I get to have a party for my birthday." He sniffed softly and almost started crying, "I want to go home..."

Opening his eyes he looked into the mirror, there was only a small amount of damage left, but otherwise he felt alittle better. He looked at his reflection for a moment before looking away. He didn't like what he looked like anymore, before he had looked like any other healthy little boy. Now his skin was pale, dark circles under his eyes from the emotional and physical turmoil. "T-thank you." He whispered.


(I don't mind to much, I just made my post so that it worked with the extent of things I wanted to be healed, hope you don't mind Cathy heart )

She had noticed that look he gave himself in the mirror and she put it away. Doc Catherine had got up on the clinic table and sat beside little Leo, bringing him close to her and hugging him. "You'll be able to go home soon, when you figure out this new thing with your body and how to live with it. It shouldn't take long, I'll help you. Guess why? Well, because I was the same as you..but I was born with it and no one wanted me..everyone was scared I would hurt them but once I got control of my power, everyone liked me. They were nicer to me and were more careful. I felt better about myself and look, I'm a nurse helping out little boys like you because I have a choice to..What I'm saying is, don't hate it just yet. You'll get used to it and I bet your mom and dad are waiting for you to finish up here so they can hug and kiss you when you get back. I will help you, how's that sound?"

She was glad when he hugged her back, just like a cute little monster. He wasn't a monster to her though, just a boy who was at the wrong place at the wrong time..she stroked his hair to try and soothe him but found him pulling away from her and when he looked up at her, she smiled and understood. "It's not good to hide that from people, my dearest Leo..you must learn to warn people when you are hungering because it will take you over after a while. Here," she said as she bit into her wrist and tapped him under his jaw to open his mouth and take it. "If you do not drink, you'll get weaker and eventually die and I don't want that happening, neither does your family. So, I need you to take care of yourself. No playing outside during the day, and mind your strength. You are stronger than you think. Aye? Just nod if you understand." She couldn't possibly expect him to talk with her wrist in his mouth. After a bit, she took it from him and wiped his mouth. "Now, We'll have to do that everyday to keep you strong and healthy and if you have a craving, come straight to me or tell a teacher, okay? You'll be fine if you do as I tell you. Sun burns and the night restores you, so you'll be up at night..alright?" She knew just how scared and lonely he felt and was doing her best to keep him feeling good. "Tomorrow, I'll come with you to see your mommy."

((Lol what did I say wrong? I sowwy...I guess I'm getting too much into it..it's just like he's like a boy-Claudia from Interview with the vampire. :3 I always saw her as someone I'd love to take care of. But I sowwy anyway. *cries*...but wait, so his parents still want him, right?))

Doctor Catherine had got off the table and helped him down by wrapping her tail around his torso, picking him up and setting him down gently. "I promise, Leo. Now, do you have a dorm room or would you just like to stay with me? I know most of those other students are much older than you so you might not like to be around them. There are two beds in that room I'm in and I don't think anyone else is using it much." she was standing up straight and smiled, "I'll ask Sir Randal tomorrow to call your Mommy and ask if she'll still be coming. I don't see why she wouldn't, you're such a good boy.
