Kiyoko felt awful; she yet again was unable to help her in her dire need. Was Kiyoko turning into the deadweight person of the team? She sighed, and noticed that the fallen girl was walking towars the coffin. She looked very tired, and she had just fallen from at tree. How was she still moving? "Do you need some help with-?" but she stopped in midsentence, seeing as the other boy had offered first. Not wanting to be rude, she got up from the kneeling position she was in, and looked at the sky. Nikol was right; it was getting dark out, and fast. She ran back to where she was before and picked up her staff and bear; she was thankful that no one had decided to play a joke while she wasn't looking.

You said you made a mistake. I said 'Yeah, a huge one.'Rose wasn't one to rely on others. She liked to think of herself independent. "No it's fine... I got it." She looked at the thing glad she was still in the shade. "I wish this stupid thing would just like... Turn into something I could ride. For the love of Allah!" She was getting annoyed by it. Why couldn't she have something simple? Then it happened. The coffin began to rattle and a black shape emerged from it. She closed her eyes and slowly opened them. There was a giant crow with big talons and beady eyes staring at her. The talons had wrapped around the case and beckoned for her to get on. She gulped. She had Korakaphobia; the fear of crows. "Please just listen to me... Don't scare the others..." It seemed to listen to her. The only appearance it had was that of a crow.
You said you loved me... I never loved you again...

This time, Kiyoko saw it come out of the coffin; the huge monster from below had returned. It loomed over all the trees, as if it was Godzilla from the dead, blood glistening from all sides. Kiyoko feared supernatural monsters more than anything, as well as anything that could harm her that she couldn't defend herself against. It was so large, which made her feel smaller than a mouse in a mall. Although she tried to show no emotion or fear, she had turned pale again, and in her mind she forced herself not to puke.
Then she saw that the creature had beckoned it's master to sit on top of it. It was then she realized that she must be seeing something different; it was far too large, and it could have held her in it's hand. Not to mention that there were several marks ontop it's skinless back; actually, it was all bones and no skin; a demon. Just what she feared most. She saw that Rose looked scared as well. Mabye it was something to do with our inner fears...she thought, as she gripped the staff and bear with her small hands and ran to catch up with the others. Anything to get away from it again.

As the black figure emerged from the coffin, J.J looked at it inquisitively until it took the form of one of his fears. He froze, he had extreme arachnophobia. He looked away slightly trying to draw his attention away from the giant, looming arachnid. He found it hard to take his eyes from it, however, for it was gigantic. He sighed, in both irritation and fear.

You said you made a mistake. I said 'Yeah, a huge one.' ((Uhm guys... It took the form of a crow... She's trying to control it...))
Rose looked at the others. "Hate crows too?" She let out an uneasy laugh and approached the thing. It didn't seem like it would bite of her head so she got on. The creature felt warm to her and she closed her eyes. With them closed it didn't seem as scary anymore.
((Though I'd point that out...))You said you loved me... I never loved you again...

((I thought you said before that it was the shape of whatever our characters' worst nightmares were individually. So, we wouldn't all be seeing a crow.))

You said you made a mistake. I said 'Yeah, a huge one.' ((Yes but I realized how sucky that would be. Trying to ride something everyone was afraid of... And it's a creature... That she's trying to control.
Dammit stare mad confused neutral sad stressed ))You said you loved me... I never loved you again...

(( Sorry, went on a trip for Thanksgiving ))
"He-ey, Josh!" Timmy said warmly and clapped him on the back, glad that one of the few people here who he actually knew the name of wasn't hurt in the fight. He still felt slightly weak from the song... draining him. That was the only way he could think of it. The water must have, for all intents and purposes, short-circuited him. But he could already feel some of the energy coming back into him, and figured he'd be back to normal in an hour or so. Over Josh's shoulder he could see people just beginning to move out ("I wonder if all heroes are as slow as us?" He wondered), most notably the cat-girl with the coffin and the giant crow. OK. Little creepy. Tim cupped his hands around his mouth and yelled in a clear voice, "Hey! Any and all normal-people-turned-magical! We need to moooove out! We'll have plenty of time to rest when, and if, we camp for the night!" He turned to Anne with a satisfied grin on his face as he matched pace with her and Josh. "How's that?"

((you have to take care with cross-info...and I'm sorry Ive been a bit absent lately, I'm very busy...really.))
Anne laughed merrily at the boy's shout. "That's great! Thank you!" They were nearing the river now, and even at different paces, the group wasn't broken. Looking at the nearly-setting sun,the girl sighed "I don't think we have more than an hour of light..."

Siffiling a giggle at Timmy's warm persuation to move on, Kiyoko continued to walk with the group, staff in hands as her tiny feet moved quietly on the woodland ground. She was secretly hoping that there would be a nice cozy inn waiting for them in town; just like in RPGs. Perhaps she could take a shower (for she probablly reeked from battle), and some rest would be wonderful. Keeping her mind positive on these thoughts; falling asleep by a nice warm fire would be a plus.......
She broke out of her trance when she noticed Anne's observation. Looking above, Kiyoko saw that Anne was right; it wouldn't be long til dark. "I hope we don't look suspicious going to a new town this late at night...." she voiced her thoughts aloud.

((I'm really really sorry that I haven't posted in forever! During the break I had swim practice for every day - except Thanksgiving - and then got slammed with a killer amount of homework when I returned to school. Right now I should probably be doing my math homework which will take another hour or two and I need to start a history project. But I need a break from homework, so here I am...posting smile ))
"H-h-hey, Josh!"
Josh grinned warmly at the warm welcome from pretty much the only kid whom he knew the name of - besides Kiyoko and Anne. Tim slapped him happily on the back. Josh sharply took in air and tried not to screw up his face in pain at the welcoming greeting from a person who Josh thought could really be a good friend.
Unexpectedly, Timmy turned around to face the group of mythical creatures and shouted in a vibrant voice, "Hey! Any and all normal-people-turned-magical! We need to moooove out! We'll have plenty of time to rest when, and if, we camp for the night!"
Josh chuckled, trying to mask the weakness that he had just exposed and said, "Well, it's good to see you're still alive and kicken' too!" He then turned to Anne who had just said that there was only an hour of light left. Jokingly, Josh suggested, "Hey, we could always run to the town if you really really want to..." He added in a wink to show that he was easy-going and to show that he was willing for friendship in this strange world that they were all randomly placed into.

((It's ok. I'm in a HUGE project now, the next couple of weeks will be a nightmare. But I'll try and drop by AOAP. Don't let this die out, people!))
Anne chuckled at Josh's suggestion "Be my guest! I won't follow, though." She looked at the darkening sky and sighed "I don't think we'll get to town soon enough...maybe we should camp for the night. Light a fire, maybe...And keep watching shifts." Her legs were sore from so much walking, the ambush was far behind them, and yet there was no town in sight. Looking ahead, she spotted a small clearing just a few meters away from the water, and turned to the others. "Listen up! We'd better call it a day. Head for the clearing and make ourselves comfortable. I'll take the first watch shift."
Liam was walking by the river, watching its course interested. He was pretty tired, and no matter how hard he tried, he spotted no village. The news that they were stopping were music to his ears. Approaching the front, he spoke. "Each shift should have two people, for safety. And we should try to gather some wood, and maybe food - if there's any, but don't go out of sight." With a relieved sigh, he took off his heavy, bloody jacket and dropped it in the water, held by a few branches.

At the mention of rest, Timmy yawned widely. It was weird; he felt tired from all the walking, but at the same time he felt energy buzzing around inside of him. This'll take some getting used to, he thought. Out loud he said, "That's probably a good idea, since there's so many of us." Once they reached the clearing, he flopped down on the grass, his hands behind his head, looking up at the faint traces of stars appearing. I'll bet nighttime is incredible here... "I'll keep watch second," he said through a yawn, "Wake me up when you need it." He didn't let himself fall asleep just yet, as he was pretty sure there was more to say.
(( I said second so I can get to know other people, but if you'd rather I be first than that's fine too ))

Kiyoko sighed in relief at the sound of finally camping for the night; it's look alot less suspicious, and her feet were beginning to ache. She sat her stuff down and plopped next to the river. She cupped some of the water in her hands and drank; it was nice and cool, and it was shortly before the boy put his jacket in the water to soak. She put her hand over her mouth and yawned; she was still tired from earlier. A cat nap would be wonderful...Ahaha! Bad pun. she thought to herself as she slipped the boots off her aching feet. They looked sore, but not damaged.
