So it really is all dependant on myself chatting in here. It makes me curious if people are scared to chat with each other or what. Since it is a message board and you are not required to be there at the same time to talk...

Oh well... I think the problem is that people isn't used to talk in here. but if you give them time they will probably start talking about every random thing they can imagine... As for me, I just don't get online that much.

Get online more ^_^ On average this guild had about 150 posts, per month. In part thanks to this thread, last month, we had over 300 posts. (I keep a chart, want to see it?)

Think it's that way for everyone. Maybe we're just not on at the same times. I log in on breaks/lunches at work during the day, and occasionally in the evenings at home (i.e, when I don't have class). And I'm on EST in the US.

Not very much time. Considering I only do it once a month (at the end of each month) and I only have to enter the number of Members, and the Number of Posts (which are right on the home page of the guild) and it will do the math and add the factors to the chart for me.
