Shiro Takaro "Well, you two, I've got news. As of now, I will be the Kaze Sensei for the meantime, until something is figured out about the real sensei. If any of you don't like the idea, you can leave now, as there isn't goingto be much training in Kaze otherwise." Shiro followed Star's look to the sleeping boy.
"Don't worry. I'll monitor his vital signs and if anything gets out of hand I'll get Nyl down here. For now I want to test battle skills with each of you. How do you feel about sparring with each other?"

Star looked slightly surprised then nodded again.
"Alright." She said.
Star flexed her gloved hands then sprung at Shiro-san.
She punched at his face then aimed a swift kick there as well.

Shiro stepped back to avoid both of the attacks calmly. He did not retaliate, it was too early for that. He simply stood and waited for her next move.

Star backflipped and spit a chakra needle out to aim at Shiro's arm before the flip ended.

As the needle of chakra left the girl's lips, Keioko stepped through the final pair of doors an watches the battle unfolding before her, the doors slowly closing behind her. She tilted her head slightly, as did the kitten laying across her shoulders.
Could that be the Chuunin Nekojiri was speaking of?

Shiro was a little surprised by the sudden needle attack. He was expecting her to use it, he just wasn't expecting her to be able to use it so accurately mid-jump this soon after learning it. It would have hit him, if it wasn't for Shiro's speed advantage. He quickly sidestepped the needle before spitting a dozen of them at Star's landing spot. Upon landing the jump, she should be grazed by a dozen needles.
When he was done, he noted the existance of a newcomer, and quickly approached her. He now stood face-to-face with her, and looked her up and down. She looked too old to be a genin, unless she was a special-ed ninja. She had a small black kitten with her, laying across her shoulders. It reminded Shiro of his own kitten, which was sound asleep in his dorm room.
"Can I help you?"

She examined the male before her with a mild look of curiosity, as she did to most new things. She blinked a few times before opening her mouth to answer.
"I take it you're the Chuunin helping the Kaze students that Nekojiri-san spoke of?" Hyou, on her shoulders stared at him, her nose going wild. She smelled his kitten's scent on him, and was curious. She looked at the male with her dazzling sapphire eyes, blinking every now and then as her tail twitched slightly.

Shiro seemed a little surprised at her reference to Neko. He had only been helping the Kaze students as a substitute sensei for a little while. Nyl-sama must have informed him. Oh well, it was nice to be talked about in a positive manner for once.
"Hai, that would be me. My name is Shiro Takaro, of the Storms. I'm the top Chuunin here at the GNA. And you are?"
He noted the kitten's look, and smiled a bit. His own kitten had blue eyes as well, although they were a lot darker than the bright sapphire that this kitten's eyes radiated.

Keioko bowed politely as she introduced herself.
"Keioko Matsukaze of the Shadow. I'm a newly-transferred Chuunin from Takayama Academy. I don't bother boasting myself with a title." She smiled gently as she observed the look he gave Hyou.

Shiro smiled at the delight of hearing her name.
"Ah, a Ninja of the Shadow! How delightful to hear of someone from the same continent as I. I am of Storm Country, as I previously stated. So what caused you to transfer here from the Takayama Academy? I heard they were doing quite well with their turnout this year..."
Shiro was rather excited to hear of someone even relatively close to his home. He had written several letters to what was left of his family, but all information exchange to and from the country was controlled and limited. Shiro had been quite precise as to not reveal any information about his whereabouts in his letters, to avoid being tracked down.
