If Tristen was here, that meant that more people he knew would be around. "Um...Tex, is it okay if I go walk around a little to meet some other people? I'll meet up with you later, I promise. I just want to walk around a little."

He enjoyed seeing her smile, but it was hard to place why. Was it because he enjoyed seeing his best friend happy, or was it because he enjoyed seeing his potential love interest happy? ...Why was he thinking of her as a love interest? Couldn't he stop doing that? "Oh, a little boy, eh?" Criofan's eyes danced. "We could definitely get that little boy to obey us, couldn't we? Then we'd have a little boy who would be part of our shiny empire and not steal all of our shiny belongings. It's the perfect plan."
Texas sighed. Hyacinthus had a right to leave him, he supposed, even if he didn't want him too. Hopefully, Hyacinthus would not run into another Tristen, or anyone worse than that. "Sure. I won't stop you. I have no right to." He laughed, kissing his forehead in a friendly manner. "Go ahead." That didn't mean he wouldn't keep an eye on Hyacinthus, though. If he saw him going towards someone dangerous and the person came on too strong, Texas would jump to Hyacinthus's defense even if he didn't want it. Texas just couldn't have Hyacinthus being taken advantage of--or with someone who wouldn't care for his needs.

The silence stretched as they walked, every step making her colder and colder. Out of the crowd, she stopped to look at Azure, the most serious look on her face that he had ever seen. She listened, and closed her eyes. "I thought so...What are you going to do about it?"

"What am I-" Azure repeated, he hadn't planned on questions. He hadn't planned on that particular question. He didn't have an answer to that particular question. "Uhm..." Azure was quiet for quite awhile as he thought, and he eventually sat down on the ground so he could thing about it more. "I need... I want to be with Dyas..." Azure still wasn't sure how that was going to work out with Raken, but maybe he and Dyas could continue meeting in the cave in secret, though he didn't like the idea of being a secret. He looked up at Adora to see her expression.

"A perfect little boy, to fulfill our every desire." She blinked, tilting her head. "Well, most of them." Her eyes flicked to the side as the music in the background changed. She yawned slightly into a hand. "You want to dance? My old dance partner wasn't that good. Too nosey."

Slowly her eyes opened and she crouched down infront of him, shaking her head. "To be with Dyas romantically...You know she's not going to want to share with me." She chuckled softly, moving her head away so he couldn't see the flash of pain in those emerald depths. "And raken would sooner or late...find out that we're not dating anymore. The agreement'll be broken. And he'll be mad if he sees you with dyas."

Rosie blushed a bit, though you couldn't really tell much with her coloring. "Yeah, I would. Only I don't really know how...?" She felt a bit silly. Here she was a teen, and she hadn't ever even slow danced before. Asrai instinctively turned to pull 'Qua to his chest. "You can step on my feet as much as you want to and I couldn't care less. I just want to dance with you. And what perfectly timing. A slow dance." He wrapped his arms around her waist.
Alaera blinked as she suddenly her a thump from outside the table and the boy scrambled out from underneath the table. Alaera followed, curious to find out what was happening, only to see him run off. She shrugged and looked around. What to do now? Sylve stared dumbfounded for a few more minutes before coming back to her senses. Mall and a boy? She was so hypocritical! She shook her head. Oh well. If Mall was here, that meant chances were incredibly high Yuki was as well. She renewed her search for him, getting frustrated and finally just started to call out "Yuki!!" She was so eager to see him again.

(You got it, Tara^^)
"Thanks!" With that, he gave his friend one last kiss before leaving.
There were so many people in so many different costumes. He had seen some of them around, but he just wasn't sure who was whom. There was someone with a painted face and black hair. Something about them seemed familiar. He watched them dance and moved through the crowd, hoping that he'd catch the person's eye. Then maybe he could get an idea of who that was. If recognition crossed their face, then he'd know.

There were other desires that only Erylia could fill--wait, what?! NO! Criofan cringed at his thoughts before turning his attention back to Erylia. If he just stopped thinking like a hormonal teenager, that would be nice. "Indeed. It would be perfect, obviously." He showed a toothy grin--all teeth as sparkling white as his skin was sparkling gold. The leprechaun had certainly grown into quite the charming man, though even Criofan had to wonder where he had gotten all of this from. Perhaps it was just natural? Leprechauns were known to be masters of trickery, and trickery could involve some form of charm.
...Wait, did she just ask him to dance? She asked him to dance! Why did that excite him so? He slipped his pimp cane into his belt loop and bowed gallantly, taking her hand and kissing it just for the dramatic sake of it. "Why, Erylia, it would be my honor to lead you onto the dance floor. We shall be the stars of the night, and all eyes shall be on us." Criofan winked playfully.

"Uhm well..." Azure sighed, this was so complicated. "I think... I'm only supposed to be dating one girl. It doesn't feel right to be with two." Azure was judging that based on his own senses since no one ever told him that you only got to be with one girl. Azure's eyes grew wide, realizing that if Adora got angry with him, she could tell Raken. "Please don't tell Raken! This is real. I know it. I can't have him seperating me and Dyas, she means so much to me." There was still so much more problems with Raken, he didn't know how it was going to work out with Dyas, but he had to try.

She laughed delightedly as he bowed, fanning her face with her free hand as he kissed the other. "Merci Criofan. You just might be shining enough to manage that status." The angel and the pimp...what a pairing. "Mother always told me to avoid pae like you." Erylia moved to his side. "Too bad I never really listened to her."
'Yuki!' He blinked at the call, letting his big sheet fall back down. He knew he had...There. Even with the little black tail, he'd know that skin color anywhere. Even from behind. He walked forwards, moving up behind the ghost. "Yuki the ghost and sylve the cat...only possible on halloween."
"Yeah...I guess..." Her eyes promptly swung back to him, widening in horror. "No, of course not! Dyas would hate me. She probably already hates me. Just...he checks up on me, you know? Makes sure that everythings okay. I...I'm not that good of a liar. Not with uncle raken"

Well at least she hadn't started crying yet, from what he could see anyways. "Dyas doesn't hate you. Trust me. I know she can't say it, but she led me to tell you. I think it was because she cares about you." Azure told Adora. Azure sighed, now that this issue was solved Raken was the only and largest problem. "I don't expect you to lie for us... It's just." Azure didn't want to lose Dyas.

"You can love and hate someone at the same time...it just requires some work." She smiled softly before sighing. "I know...you love her. I'll get my daddy to talk to raken. Even Grandma tara. Maybe we can work something out. Just...just..." She rubbed at the side of her face, body fading slightly. "This is so embarrassing...What...what was wrong with me?"

Azure attempted a smile that she was at least going to talk to other pae to help them out, but now wasn't a time for smiling so it was weak. "Adora..." Azure scolded her, "There's nothing wrong with you. And I'd really like to keep you as a friend. You were my first friend..." Azure put a hand on Adora's face that was fading away. "There is absolutely nothing wrong with you." Azure reassured her, "Everything feels..." Azure wasn't sure if he could explain it to Adora. "Natural with her, and there's going to be a guy thats natural with you. He just hasn't found you yet." Azure told her, trying to be as comforting as possible.

Criofan smirked. Now, he decided it was an appropriate time to drape his arm over her shoulder. "I'm glad you never did either. My life would be so empty without an Erylia." He winked at Erylia as he strolled towards the dance floor, taking her with him. There was truth to that statement. Without Erylia, he would not have had nearly as much fun. Plus, he would not have a Queen of Shinies that he was liking more than he wished he did but was starting to grow more adjusted to. Sort of. Maybe.
When he reached the dance floor, he wrapped his arms around her waist and began to dance with her. Criofan, despite not having much practice, was actually pretty good at this slow dancing because of his lucky nature. Plus, he was putting a little more effort into it because he felt an unexplainable urge to impress Erylia.
