Hey, am I the only non-freaky Rper in Oto?
I feel loved.
And Kira, we should make up some sort of backstory between my character and your kage one. That way, we can hate eachother in Roleplay too!

Ah... the two of us together in Oto sure brings back memories. I never would've thought that you'd be one of the people running the place. Then again, I'm pretty much the top ANBU guy so... I guess things turn out okay.

Our characters never actually met I don't think. You were in One class and I was in the other. We on the other hand, constantly bickered about random things in the chatterbox. Pretty much a hundred pages were just us arguing.
Oh and Icheti, level doesn't always determine leadership.

Oh and Icheti, level doesn't always determine leadership. yea Tuyon was my first ANBU lol leadership is rightfully his its not that hes better its just hes the leader, and after this next mission he should lvl up. hey kira can kages lvl up lol iv only ever seen lvl 60 kages and they never get Exp. maby if you guys entered the tournament you could figure out who's better lol

As far as I know with ANBU the only leader is the Kage.
