That's a toughie...
Probably acid reflux, because I'd rather heave than splatter wet s**t all over my pants. Plus it's less embarrasing to say you have acid reflux than chronic diarrhea.
Would you rather feel like your sitting on ice whenever you sat down, or feel like you're laying on a bed of needles whenever you lied down?

Sitting on ice doesn't sound nearly as painful as lying on a bed of needles.

Since I'm practically blind without my contacts/glasses I think I'd rather see everything even if it was unpleasant.
