Remix felt as if she moved a bit closer to him as he put his arm around her waist, she turned red but her hair covered her face, she felt her heart beat go faster every minute, barely breathing.

Orphis looked over and saw that she was barely breathing. "Hey, are you all right?" He asked her, trying to feel her forehead, to see if it was warm.

Remix calmed down a bit, she took a deep breathe and looked at Orphis "sorry...guess I don't know how to breathe sometimes..." she said jokingly, trying to cover up her situation.

Orphis looked at her. "I know you're trying to cover something up. Now spit it out." He said to her. "We're friends now, so it's ok to let me know." He said to her.

Remix turned red even more, she played with her fingers, nervous "um...cause...I get nervous easily sometimes, and since your arm's around my waist right now...well...you know..." she said as she looked away, still red.

Orphis suddenly took his arm back. "Oh, if it's bothering you, then i'm sorry." He said, looking back at nothing in particular.

"it's ok...guess it's my fault...since I get nervous too much..." she said as she held his hand "hey...do you think we'll get along better unlike Pharen and Asuna??" she asked with a small smile.

Orphis looked up at the sky. "Maybe so. I don't think Pharen and Asuna ever hated each other. Maybe one of them died in battle and the opther couldn't live without the other." He said to her.

"maybe...but...I hope none of that happens..." she said as she followed his gaze, the stars were out and the moon was shining brightly.

Orphis tried again to put his arm around Remix's waist, coming closer this time. " Man, i hate it when the stars go out like that." He said to her.

"why?? I like seeing the stars out at night...it calms me down easily..." she said as she rested her head on his shoulder and gently held his free hand.

Nell scurried along the forest path, shoes tapping with each hurried step she took, and dark hair that was hung loosely in curls trailing behind her. Stopping suddenly to glance up at the moon, Nell swore under her breath and continued on, cloak trailing and rippling behind her as she did so. Every step Nell took was painstaking, her chest heaved as her breath got shorter and raspier with the twinging force in her ankle. Ducking into a familiar cottage, Nell slammed the door behind her, throwing off her cloak and revealing deep purple shorts and a matching tunic; a shining black pendant, and flat sandals lacing up to her knees. Breathing deeply, she opened the wooden door a crack to stare once again up at the moon, shining brighter than ever. They are coming, she thought. Nell stepped cautiously out of her home and scurried back down the road, making a sudden turn and running headlong into a young couple laying neath the stars. She hurriedly apologized and made to get up once more, but the pain in her ankle was exceedingly bothersome. Nell feare she would not walk for several hours.

Remix looked at the girl that bumped into them, she helped her up "are you hurt in any way??" she asked as she let her sit by the porch, she sat down beside her and looked at her ankle "does your ankle hurt?? did you sprain it??" she asked with a worried tone.

"Oh, no." Nell smiled nervously and said, "It's a mere sprain, I'll be alright." She then asked the conscientious girl, "Did hurt you? I'm terribly sorry." Damn, Nell, she thought. You're such a fool.

Remix shook her head "no, no I'm fine...but are you sure your ankle will be alright??" she asked as she examined it, she went back in her house and took out an ice pack from the freezer, she went back outside and sat down beside her, she gently put the ice pack on her ankle "I hope it doesn't get bruised..." she said jokingly.
