Azure slowly lowered Adora's hand. "Is your dad going to hate me now?" that sounded kind of odd because Tristen was the fae of love but it perhaps it could be possible that Tristen would end up hating him. Azure's eyes fell down to Adora's hand as he thought deeply. "Hmm, it tastes sweet... kinda like you. Actually, a lot like you." He smiled and his eyes returned to Adora. Azure dug his hand back into the bag to retreive that cookie he hadn't gotten to eat yet. He made sure the cookie was an actual cookie before he ate it.

Adora blinked, her smile fading as she shook her head. "Seriously? Course not." The female shrugged, nibbling on her cookie. "He can't hate. Its literly impossible for him to hate someone. Kinda like how my aunt amara can never love anyone, even if she wanted to." She then blushed, her edges fading slightly. "I taste sweet now?"

Azure ran his fingers through his hair. "Whoo" he sighed in relief. He had thought it might be impossible, but he wanted to make sure. Azure's opinions of fathers were not the best. "Taste sweet now?" Azure asked curiously. "Of course, did you taste differently before or something?" Azure said with a laugh as he brushed the cookie crumbs off his body. Azure looked to the path that continued ahead of them, it probably led to the destination that Adora originally wanted to go to. Maybe he should take her there for the sunset.

"Well...I dunno...Not many people...taste...me." She spoke after a moment, looking thoughtful. Azure actually had claimed her first kiss earlier...and she typically wasn't...bitten...by anything but bugs. The female popped in the last bit of cookie into her mouth. Adora looked out then, emerald eyes catching the sun as its bottom half jjjuuusssttt touched the horizon<< Its almost here...

Azure smiled and laughed. "Well, I didn't actually taste you. I was just being..." Azure blushed. The answer to that statement was a big flirt, but he wasn't going to say that. Azure's eyes had also seen the bit of son touch the horizon, he made his decisioin right then. "C'mon!" he shouted. "Before its over." Azure quickly jumped up and extended his hand to Adora to help her up. He was going to take her up to that spot she had mentioned, that way they could see the whole landscape as the sun set.

She blinked at him, tilting her head slightly. "Being...?" Adora jumped at his sudden exclamation then, her eyes shifting from him to the sun and back again. "...Wha...?" Slowly she took his hand, moving onto her feet uncertainly. "What do you mean azure?"

Azure ignored the question either because he didn't want to answer it or because he was too focused on getting Adora to the spot that she had actually wanted to go to. Azure grabbed Adora's other hand with his and then led her slowly towards the ledge, he was walking backwards. "I want to take you to see the sunset." Azure spoke slow and quietly with a light smile on his face. He swayed back and forth as he walked on.

eek They were going towards the edge?! Her emerald eyes couldn't get much wider. "A-Are you...sure...this is safe?" Oh sure, she could just fly away...but if Azure couldn't catch himself, could she do so in time to save him? Her hands tightened on his as she let herself be led, trusting her old friend.

Azure quickly looked over his shoulder at the approaching ledge and a sudden batch of nervousness overwhelmed him. "Actually... its not safe..." Azure let go of a hesitant laugh and Adora's hands and deceided to walk forward. Now Azure could see where he was going. "But you might want to lead the way since I don't know where we're going." Azure whispered as he carefully moved behind Adora.

A sigh of relief escaped her when he stopped, shaking her head. A hand went to her face. "Oh jeeze Azure...giving a gal a heartattack!" She quickly moved back towards where they had sat at, picking up their basket while slipping the cookie bag back inside it. "Where exactly do you want me to take you?"

"I'm sorry Adora. I really wasn't thinking about safety and the fact we're on a mountain. I just wanted to show you the sunset." Azure smiled up at her eyes full of innocence in hope that she'd forgive him for the scare. "You can leave the basket Adora, we'll come back to it later. We should go to the spot you wanted to go to earlier. Watch the sunset..." Azure said it softly, trying to advertise the idea to her like a fancy date of some sort.

"Its alright." She set down the basket after a minute, grinning. She took his hand. "Really? Come on then!" The female giggled and started to gently lead him higher up again. Quicker then before of course, with racing the sun, but still careful with the slim path. "Daddy says to breath slow and deep the higher up we go, do avoid not getting enough oxygen or becoming light headed."

"Yes really. What did you think I was leading you up that path for?" Azure laughed as he began to run with Adora. They did have to race up the mountain, he wasn't sure how much further up this spot was. He didn't want to miss the whole sunset and it had already begun. Azure was being more careful around the ledges this time, ever since Adora had gently reminded him how high up they were he had been more cautious. Azure nodded his head, understanding what Adora had said. He had never been this high up so she took her, or at least Tristen's, advice to heart.

"Um...you think dangerous edges are fun?" She suggested back. The higher they went, the slimmer and slimmer the path went, until it utterly...dissapeared. It was here that Adora let go of his hands and started to half walk/half climb the rock infront of her. The temperature had dropped, the freezing stone chilling fingers. She breathed on them every once in a while. They were almost there.

"Uhm, no not really." Azure said hesitantly. The idea of walking on these narrow edges wasn't his idea of fun. Azure looked over the edge and kicked a rock over it. He watched as it fell down... down... down... down... Azure shuddered and quickly pulled back away from the edge. "You have got to be insane..." Azure muttered as he grabbed onto the ledge behind her. He shivered as he felt the cold stone against his body. He clung tightly to the rock afraid that if he let go he'd fall just like the rock had. Azure was inching along compared to Adora.
