I'm from Arlington High School, Washington.
Anyone nearby? Our band is HUGE. But we don't have colorgaurd. Very strange.

Kentridge Band in Washington. ^__^
We don't have a FORMAL marching band, per se. We only march in a couple parades each year and don't have uniforms since...our last batch deteriorated 10 years ago, apparently, and now we wear t-shirts and green band shirts as our marching uniform. -___- Sad as it may be.
But we love our concert and jazz programs very much. :]

Sigh...I don't hear about a lot of bands.
The only ones my band director ever talks about is Upland or Mission Viejo...because they're good competition. And now Chino too. Wonderful.
Then he also talks about the midwest bands that I'll only see when I go to Indy this year...
