The helicopter's rounds did not stop firing, nor did they stray far from Crow. Despite his movements the aim of the vulcan was locked onto him, it rapidly adjusted, constantly unleashing a spray of bullets upon him. The sand around him being flung up by the powerful projectiles.

"The scientists that gave me this key said that it went to the 'Kill Boxes.'" Said Strobe, looking at the plastic card, "They said there was one in every major city and that I would be able to hone in on them using my plasmodic membrane."
((To clear things up, the plasmodic membrane is something that only Strobe has because of his Plasmakinesis. It is, in essence, the very thing that allows his Plasmakinesis to function. Also, just as Strobe can use different kinds of plasma, his extrasensory skills with the air can detect different elements. This is how the plasmodic membrane tracks the Kill Boxes: they give of a faint plasmic signal that acts as a beacon to all with Plasmakinesis, practically a 'Cash and Weapons Here' sign.))
"Kill Boxes are supposed to have money, weapons, artificial passport kits, all kinds of stuff. I'm sure it would help us out." Strobe told them.

Dodging every bullet was simply too much for Crow to accomplish, as he did his best to slip between and around the bullets his body moved at speeds far beyond what a normal human could accomplish, however it wore him down dramatically. So as he went on with evasive maneuvers he eventually was hit by one of the bullets, just scraping his cheek, however this turned into a shot into the leg, and then one into the shoulder. His body was wracked with pain, and he felt that he was not far from being gunned down. At this moment the sounds around him became muffled, the sand being kicked up nearly stopped in midair, and as he looked at the helicopter its rotors had slowed their spinning to a crawl. Crow could still feel his wounds, so he did not believe that he was dead, then he realized that it was the same thing that had happened to him before. Time had slowed down, however he could still move at his own speed, it must be one of the evolutionary changes many of the experiments had been going through. Crow soon remembered what his goal was, he quickly righted himself, then jumped atop the still aircraft. Building the blue flame around his fist he punched through the airframe, he first gripped and tore several components out of the machinery, then opened his hand, from it he shot a blast into the helicopter's frame. He then jumped off, landing on the sand, he looked around for a moment. Most of the bullets were still coming down into the sand. Then time returned to normal, the blast exploded and tore the helicopter to scrap, the bullets that had been fired before the event were the last, they buried themselves in the sand harmlessly. Crow felt strangely good about his newfound ability.

The bits and pieces that had been blown apart from the helicopter scattered in shrapnel, killing most of those on board instantly. With the moaning sound of creaking metal the helicopter crashed into a grave of shallow water, its rotors leaving a short lived splash of foaming water as its final act. However, though the vehicle had been downed quite violently, a single survivor climbed carefully yet gracefully out of the cockpit, seemingly unharmed. After a small jump the figure treaded through the water slowly, approaching Crow calmly, hands tucked neatly behind the back. His face was hidden behind a mask, one that stood almost with complete lack of detail, aside from the Yin-Yang that enveloped its entirety. "Now Crow, that was quite the irrational action you took there. You are quite the specimen, I don't think I'll ever find another like you, however you are far from complete. I was a fool to train your physical abilities sooner than your will, but of course, I would not sooner be Epimetheus than let you go to waste." A twisted smile curled itself behind his mask.

"Should I go to find one of these 'Kill Boxes' for us?" Strobe asked the girls, "I mean, if we need money, that's the place to go."

Crow recognized the figure immediately, he had spent many years of his life under this man's watchfull observation. He could only glare viciously at the man as he approached, thoughts of attacking at that moment and ripping the frail man to shreds raced through his mind. Despite the fact that he was the only influence in Crow's life, he still hated him, he didn't need to know more than a single person to know that he hated this man, Docter K. His recent encounter with the kind faces of the other experiments now gave him something in comparison, the Docter was not his friend, he could say it for sure now. Crow winced when he heard the last line that the Docter had said, he had an idea of what the Docter might be planning.

"I don't think that they have a way to track them, since, in a way that might be a liability, but I could be wrong. They may have taken out 'Insurance' on me and the others trained for assasination. Who knows, maybe the other assasination experiments are the insurance. They could be out there right now, opening their Kill Boxes and retrieving the cash, ID's and weapons that they need to kill us." Strobe said, an afterthought, "In which case, we should get to as many as possible to be sure that they're not able to use them."

"Right." Jackie said as she nodded to the plan, smiled contently. She never was used to smiling this much, but for now it was alright. "We should collect as much supplies as we need to, to survive this city..." She said as she looked from Strobe to Kioko.

Seeing the experiment's intent to strike him Doctor K pulled his trump card, out from behind his back he raised his hand and exposed his palm to Crow. Covering it was a small metal emblem that hung by a chain from his fingers, it began to glow with a red light, in turn it would illuminate Crow's emblem with the same light, and give Doctor K control over him. As his first action he held Crow down, using the emblem to immobilize him.

Crow felt his body tighten up, he immediately knew what was going on, it was just as that girl had stated, he'd expected the event by now. He crouched down to try and fight against the commands being made to his body, however he couldn't seem to move. The bullet wounds he'd recieved earlier began to ache, he could feel his blood pulsing out from around them, if he were able to move he might have been able to stop the bleeding, since the powerful bullets had passed right through his body. With all of his strength Crow tried to break the hold over his body, he couldn't seem to figure out how it was done.

"I'll see if I can pick up one of those signals." Strobe said, his face straining for the small plasmic bleep. Suddenly, his face relaxed. He opened his eyes. "Follow me," he said, starting off toward the city.

"Miami." She said as she followed Strobe, her onyx eyes scanning for the city. "It's really busy this time of year..."
