What if? Tonuo didn't want to hear what if statements. Tonuo had lost his mother, father, siblings, and friends already, at least Kurenai was still alive. He knew the pain and anguish that feels one soul when they are forced to bear witness to such a tragedy. It is that kind of pain that starts a person on a quest for strength no matter what title they may give it, be it righteousness or revenge, it all comes down to one thing.
Hearing the Mizukage's words visions began flashing in front of his eyes as memories came rushing back. There was a smell of blood and burnt flesh everything around him burned to the ground. One man stood in front of him with a malevolant grin upon him. His laugh echoed within Tonuo's ears. What do you think you're going to do? Those were the words the bandit had taunted him with and it had driven him into a fury. Those words made him forget to care, after all, everything else had already been lost.
Tonuo slowly raised a hand to his scarred throat and rubbed it. "No," he said, though it was barely audible. "No," the voice came louder, but it sounded raspy and sore from its lack of use and it seemed to pain him to force his vocal cords to work.
"I.N.S handle according I.N.S. rules," Tonuo choked out. He stood his ground firm like he did all those years ago.

Though it had been one of the rarest things to hear Himoto was actually shocked when she heard Tonuo's voice and could easily tell he was in pain. Getting up she muttered that she would be right back before heading over to where the two where. Comming to a stand still by Tonou she layed a hand on his shoulder hopeing her would her her be his voice so he wouldnt be hurting "Hokage-sama though Icchiro has done this to your daughter be thankful she is still alive. Trust me if you were to kill him now you prabably would be a hero to all wemon of the world me I would be forever in you thanks but... He was a part of the I.N.S when he did this so let us handle the punishment I promise it will be seveire. But right now our main focus is to get that sword away from him before he can hand it over to nightmare." She said the womans name with nothing but discust. "Well worry about killing hiim later now we need focus on whats going on. And that is that your daughter is over there being treated and very much alive while the man who is standing there is about to hand over a powerful sword to someone who could kill everyone, your daughter, friends, colliges. Everyone."

Aokawa looked at Tonou completely shocked at what he was hearing, he always thought Tonou was a mute and had no idea he could speak even though it had only been a few words looking at Himoto Aokawa asked"have you heard him speak before?" Aokawa whispered to Himoto
Pain stood there looking at Tonou and Himoto kinda confused searching his mind for the right words and after hearing Himoto speak he nodded his head in agreement with some of what she said and decided to change his goal "well i see your point Himoto...so i tell you what i wont kill him i'll just have some 'fun' with him and in the process take the darkness eledia back while you three deal with Nightmare...but here's what you can do for me...try to restrain her...dont try to kill her" Pain said turning around heading torwards Icchiro

Saotome exits out the bushes as he looks at the group "Mizukage sama now thats just simply too much we cant ensure we cant kill her or attempt to neutralize her and live but since your fightning Icchiro make it sting well after betraying us Im now burning for my share of some retribution" now due to icchiro's abandonment saotomes attack strategy for nightmare is now down the tubes "I cant believe im saying this but to hell with it now if we already got a miracle like tonou able to speak then heck the odds might be in our favor today" Saotome remember what his father said to him that day of the role of the medic shinobi "the medic shinobi must live in order to save the lives of the ones closest to you" Saotome grabed several senbon ready to fight.

Pain turned to Saotome and Himoto "becasuse the dark eledia is controlling the dead body of Revy Ookami...the women i loved and if theres a way i can break the swords bind on her and in the process revive her...im going to do it" Pain said sternly before creating a shadow clone and had it walk over to Aokawa and Kurenei, kneeling down next to Kurenei the shadow clone Pain began to use his healing jutsu on Kurenei slowly healing the burns and cut,looking at Aokawa the shadow clone Pain said "i can take it from here you go and help your teamates"
Nodding at Pain Aokawa stodd up and jumped over next to Tonou and Himoto, drawing his water eledia and noticed it glowing a light blue "thats odd...." he said looking at his sword

Himoto kept her mouth shut after hearing his explanation. "Just dont kille Icchiro I owe him a good beating for each of the cameras I found in both my room and bathroom." She said before looking at Aokawa's sword curiously "What?

With the Mizukage backing off of his stance a little bit Tonuo lets a sigh escape and Himoto can feel the muscles in his body go lax. He turns to her with a weak smiled placed on his face, and opens his mouth to say thank you to Himoto, but no words comes out. Immediately his face becomes crestfallen.
He quickly regains his composure and readies himself for a fight of his life against Nightmare. He removes his long coat and tosses it aside, revealing several scrolls strapped to his waist.

Pain just chuckled a bit before looking torwards Himoto "i'll try not to but no promises" he said with a laugh before turning torwards Icchiro and drawing a kunai
Aokawa looked over at Himoto hearing question what he had said and not being able to give a actual reason he shrugged "im not really sure but you see that blue aura around my sword" Aokawa said showing his sword to her " i have no idea why its doing that but i think its because its near another eledia"

Feeling Tonuos muslcels relax Himoto looked up at him and smiled knowing he was hopeing for sound to come out with the mouthed thank you. "Hey no worries kay. The fact that you spoke once means that it will happen again so no worries. Besides you dont want to wear it out dont you?"
Looking at Aokawa she nodded "That just may be helpful to us."

"yeah Tonou with alittle practice im sure you'll be able to talk again" Aokawa said in a reassuring tone of voice before looking at Himoto "yeah your right...but something tells me that the reason its glowing isnt meant to help us find the other eledia's"

"You may be wronge there in order for us to get the other Eledia's dosnt that mean we have to fight people with great power? And sometime we may end up having to fight Eledia with Eledia correct? Infact increasing its strenth with each victory." Himoto said after thinking for a moment.

"well normally id agree with you but....this power....im looking at it with my sharingan right now and i can tell that this power isnt normal...it has...a demonic tendency...ive had this sword all my life and i have never seen it like this" Aokawa said sounding genuinely worried
