Fate smiled at his effort and latched onto Kenji's arm. "Alright then, lets go." He was rather happy to be out and about today for some reason.

Kenji walked into the main lounge of the pound and sat down with a yawn, Spencer kept him up all night with his crying. He didn't mind but it just ment he got a lack of sleep. At least he was taking a nap now, how could a baby get so sick so soon? He was getting better, not as fast as one would hope though. But hey at least its progress, he looked around hoping for someone to talk to.

Kirie's tail swished in annoyance as he wandered around the pound once again; feeling completely out of place at 'home' he would usually wander back her to lurk in the corners.
He was looking to the floor when he passed Kenji, not noticing someone else was there.

"I will tell you later when I've cooled down." he sighed knowing that he'd be quite one-sided in his anger if he tried to talk about it now.. and he hated upsetting Kenji when he spoke ill of Fate.

"Okay, no need to rush." Kenji pretty much figured it was something about Fate, he pulled Kirie into a soft hug. "My hugs make even the saddest of waywards feel so much better.."

"Hehe, I already get tons of hugs from Lianme's children." He laughed softly but did place his arms around Kenji too. "They're adorable even if they're the idiot's children.

"But my hugs are more amazing.." He said with a small laugh, trying to make his friend feel better. Kenji was beginning to think of Kirie as more of a friend but desided not to say anything in fear of getting his heart played around with...but in that time he found that he really loved Fate until after he realized they would never make it.
