Ryu went back into his castle and eventually made his way back to his chambers. Once there Lyoko would see her weapon and the clothes she had on folded neatly on his bed. Along with her clothes are other clothes and even armor of various types clearly ment for her. He looks to her and says "Make ready, we depart shortly." He then moves to another room within his chambers and closes the door behind him.

When He exited the side room of his chamber, he was in full shogun armor. He looked to her, seeing she was only in her old clothes and says "I would advise putting at least some of the armor on. If the peasents are gearing up for a revolt, any with me become targets."

Considers this, especially when some of the armor provided was of a light material. He then holds a hand out before him and whispered in an ancient sounding tounge. Suddenly what looks like a small green gem in a gold cage appears in his hand. He then moves to Lyoko and affixes the caged gem to the collar he'd already put on Lyoko form the night before. "There, this will prevent harm from coming to you, now lets us be off." He turns and heads out of his chambers.

A pair of horses were waiting for them once they reached the courtyard, one black, one white. He mounted the black on and waited for Lyoko to mount the other.

Ryu frowns deeply when he recieves the mental message. He then dismounts his horse and looks to Lyoko "it would seem a more immediate concern has arisen. I must go and see to it immediately, I will have you and a vanguard go and inspect the villages, and if you should find yourself in trouble, return to my castle promptly, understood." That said he gives a whistle and four identical warriors march into view and form up two to each side of Lyoko. He himself strides out of his castle and changes into his dragon form, then flies off.

The Vangard maintained a brisk pace with Lyoko, their discipline quite apparent in the semetry they maintained around her. The travel down from the mountain to the nearest town took about an hour, once their, it was clear that the villagers were afraid or fighting not to strike at Lyoko and the Vangard, uncertain of how good a warrior Lyoko was.

For her first time out, the villagers seemed to remain fearful, could it be they fears this new warrior that came out to inspect them, or was it possible the gem Ryu gave her was give the peasents that intimidated feel. In any case, as she returned, a small precession of villagers following behind, with a guard behind and in front of that line, clearly some of those conspiring to rebel against Ryu Kage had been caught.

The one guard took her mount back to the stables, the two that were leading the prisoners took them to a separate building, while the forth followed Lyoko and said to her "Mistress, will you be interrogating the prisoners personally?"
