Pulling a kunai he runs toward his foe, "Fine!" he knocked the needles in his immediate person away jumping to punch his adversary.
"Just remember!" he yelled extending the punch "You asked for it!" He finished his other hand going to his back-pouch to pull a weapon.

Two of the needles he knocked aside transformed into their true shadow clone form, each clone unleashed its own barrage of needles toward Kigi's back. The one in front took the punch to the face and lashed back wrapping his arms around the fire nin's arm holding him still.

Kigi tossed the flash band bomb he grabed the rsulting concusion of light, air, and sound knocked the light needles away. Kigi deliverd a knee to his captors groin. "Your such a genin." he remarked

Appearance: Hizaki has the physical body of someone his age, a well toned, athletic body with pale white skin. His hair is light silver, almost white like, short and spiked up toward the front. His face is long and slender, bearing a scar down his left eye, which are black. Hizaki wears a silver, studded earring on his right ear, near the lobe.
On his upperbody, Hizaki wears a dark black cloak, bearing th einsigna of his village. The cloak extends upwards, covering his mouth and lower nose area. Under that, Hizaki wears a tight fitting black long sleeve top, with a red, slender, sash, wrapping around his chest and neck, blowing in the wind. Crossing the sash at his chest is a thin, dark red plated chain. Hizaki has white taped fingers, with silver and black forearm guards.
On his lower body, Hizaki wears three belts, crossing each other, around his waist. The belts are white, with a golden buckle. Hizaki wears black standard uniform pants, and white taped shins. His ninja shoes are red colored.
personality: Hizaki is serious, most often more so than necessary. The way he acts in reminiscent on an assasian, being rather cold and life less, but harboring caring feelings inside. Whenever one discovers these feelings, hizaki quick to return to his tough guy facade. He is rather arrogant, and won't recoil when making an attack, even if it could get him killed.
Weaponry: A large, Zweihandle sword, Rokaku. The sword is shaped like a katana, but the blade protrudes like a meat cleaver. The blade has serations in it, eight to be exact. The handle extends from the blade, with cloth wrapped around it, flowing off in the wind. The sword is a living thing, a personal summon to Hizaki. The sword even has chakra, but can only do a few jutsu. When being used, a large, purple eye appears upon the blade, confirming its natural existance. The sword can even speak.
Fighting Style: Hizaki uses Rokaku in many attacks, with intense forms of taijutsu. Other wise, he uses ninjutsu.
Elemental style: Earth
Jutsu:
Earth's Rain: Summons a large group of rocks above or near the enemy. Using chakra, one can control the rocks: 3
Sphere of Nature: pushes his hands down, creating a sphere of earth around him, for defense:2
Sphere of Nature: Ball of deception: Emerges from the sphere, pushing it toward the opponent. Can be controlled, and gets bigger with every roll:4
Fist of the beast king: Unleashes a large blast of leaves shaped as a lion's mouth, captures the opponent, allowing Hizaki to strike with the other hand.:4
Iron Sand drizzle: Summons large balls of sand to fall on opponent, can contain weapons.:3
Lethal King Strangle: Turns fingers on one hand into snakes, able to stretch and grab the opponent:3
Long sword of heaven: Combined with Rokaku, the sword turns into a glowing katana, reminiscent of the Kusanagi.:3
Blast Burn: Summons a volcano like eruption under the area:5
Mud waterfall Dragon: Turns ground around him into mud, summons dragon like cannons to attack the foe:4
Nitemare Snake eternal release: Turns rokaku into a chain like sword, which can seperate and stretch to great lengths:3
Windscar: Slashes with rokaku, creating a large mass of wind that picks rocks from ground to attack opponent:4
Flock of birds: A summoning contract that allows Hizaki to summon multiple birds.
Unforgiving summon: Flock of 1000 birds: Turns any birds Hizaki summons into missiles, exploding on contact. However, the birds cannot be controlled, and often attack the user, or each other.:5
Ultimate Summon: Rokaku Phoenix: Rokaku changes into a large, dragon like phoenix, which is the swords true form.:5
Clan/Kekkai Genkai: Hizaki belongs to no special clan, but has recieved a curse mark from one of the Zongetsi. When activated, Hizaki's skin recieves many scars, and his eyes turn white. While in level 2, his chakra is increased, his hair grows wildly, and his skin becomes jet black and skeletal, resembling a burned skeleton. He gains wings like a sphinx upon his back.
Hizaki also poccesses sharingan. He recieved this from interrupting a reaper death seal jutsu, in which the reaper removed a sharingan eye from Hizaki's teamate, and sealed it within Hizaki, killing his teamate. The sharingan works in his right eye, with only the ability to use it to see moves in advance, not steal jutsu.
Background: will be revealed in time, an important plot device.

"hehe..." said the shadow clone, its body started to melt away and in its place vines lashed out wrapping around as much of the ninja as it could. Meanwhile the real Sirus and the last clone stood on the branch both using multiple hand signs. Sirus finished his hand comination and used his shadow impact technique charging a powerful aura of chakra around his hands. "fool....a ninja sees through deception." He placed his hands on his ninja head band and moved it to cover his eyes. He focus and listened, he could hear everything now like a thrid sight.

"Fool" he smirked "I don't have time for you. pheonix rebirth Jutsu!" the dome of fire expanded from him burning all around it his shadow clones and attack absorbed into the liquid flames. The collision of the jutsu cuased and explosion when the dust cleared he was gone.

Sirus smirked and laughed, sensing the fire nin's foot steps a few miles away. "coward..." He turned and jumped through the trees using his chakra to kick off of the bark.

He decided to use his Kagegan to slip noiselessly into the shadow plane and move through the forest's shadows. "No noise here..." he said slipping away "Got to remember the mission." he thought moving the shadows.

vecha 13 ((lol....that jutsu only negates the sound that you make physically, but it doesnt negate...say the shaking of leaves as you jump through the trees. but im not following you anyway)) ((Go read the blood trait page one my profile submission Shadows make no sound but it takes a lot of chakra but he can get away super fast))

"Don't suppose you'd believe I was doing out of curiosity would you?" Arito smirked. "Either way, even if I really wanted to tell, I don't this is the best... position to handle such things, huh? Don't think you're the only one who can make clones."
The clone poofed away and Arito wrenched himself up from the earth several yards below. "Now this is a bit better. I'm not really fond of those up-close-and-personal kind of talks. But just in case you prefer it..."
Arito made a hand sign and pushed his hand into the earth, "Carbon Manipulation: Kunai!" and pulled one of his special diamond kunais.
"Now back to business. I know you're either a missing-nin or a rougue, so tell me. Who are you working for, and what is the purpose behind all the fighting in this area?"
