Lullabee Hairy, why did you just reveal you're the cop?! The Mafia will kill you! You'd best start prayin', boy... yes, it's the village as a whole that wins, not individual players, but if the Cop gets bumped off... I figure I'd be targeted anyway. At least we know the doc is still alive, since the mafia failed their second kill. Roobarb Just kidding. But I can't believe you hung/burned/stoned my brother! I'm kind of curious what he came up with (though he probably shouldn't say until he's had a chance to use it in actual play, since it might not work if the mafia know beforehand what his brilliant scheme is). I investigated you last night, and the clue I got back was that you're a sole survivor of unearthly metal (or words to that effect...). I figure that must be a reference to the "last" Dalek from the episode 'Dalek'. The only other thing I could think of was a Cyberman, but they're actually from an alternate Earth, so they're not really 'unearthly'. Whatever you are, you certainly aren't Donna.

Well, my thought on the lynching TMS is, since Hairy has claimed cophood and TMS turns out to be someone other then the Dalek, all we need to do is give Hairy a good lynching! If TMS is the Dalek, all we need to do next is rid ourselves of fourtysecondscarf.

We'll know if Hairy's Mafia based on whether he gets thrown in the harbor with cement boots tonight. If he's still around in the morning, he's Mafia. He outed himself as the cop, so... unless the doctor (not the capital-D one) comes forward in some fit of lunacy (PLEASE DON'T!), Hairy's dead meat.

From the story...it looks to me like the "doctor" is Martha, because she saves K-9. In which case, rainyeyes is definatly NOT mafia. of course, you weren't under suspicion anyways...so this is a really pointless observation... To Hairy: Why does it look like T M S and I were a team? The only reason I started to lynch AP was because, as I've said before, I was in a pissy mood and AP looked like they were accusing me. If T M S thought my reasons were good and agreed, that's her problem, not mine. I was unstratigic in the beginning, and set myself up for blame. Sorry for that. Hairy, though....you have been accusing almost everyone, and scaring everyone into not lynching you. I quote Hairy Priest Since this is a team game, I don't have to live to win. Therefore, if and when I do get lynched (or the mafia kills me), it will be revealed that I am indeed Captain Jack. At which point, my team will know I was telling the truth, and those of you who first suggested that I was being suspicious and should be considered for lynching (e.g. fortysecond scarf, Touch My Seizure, etc.) will in turn become suspects. That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. keep in mind, this comment was made very early on in the game, when everything was unsure. Hairy Priest was under susupicion at the time, and that threat ensured that if anyone tried to lynch him, and it was revealed that he was telling the truth, whoever started the lynch would get lynched. Really, I don't like how manipulative he's been. It seems like alot of what he says ensures the above point, and so, he is safe. (a- word comin up) Why are you spending so much of your time covering your own a**?

If Hairy is Mafia, then he's not covered his lower region very well in accusing TMS of not only being Mafia, but stating that he is the cop and telling us the clue he was said to have recieved, so if we lynch TMS and he's not the dalek, Hairy is dead unless he's an extreamly trickey Mafia member.

Remember, we lynched Stresshog, and he turned out to be the Brig. After that, the story had a Dalek (instead of all of us) killing the Brig. Things from the stories don't have to be true like that (though the players/NPC killed are killed in the stories). Since we only need one more person to vote and I'm hoping to hear a little more before the end of the Day (in other words, something still doesn't feel entirely right to me), I'm taking back my vote, at least for now. TMS: 3 (Hairy, AP, Lullabee) 2 to lynch

Yeah, actually, I think I might have preferred to be Mafia... it seems more fun to be devious and underhanded. twisted But, anyway, here's my defense for myself: Ceribri said that there are no NPC characters in the storyline except for the dead soldier. Jack appeared in the story, so one of us MUST be Jack. I claimed to be Jack right from the start. Now, if I were lying, why hasn't the real person playing Jack come out and challenged me as mafia? It doesn't make sense not to, since (prior to my claiming to be cop) there's no reason to believe that Jack would be either 'cop' or 'doctor', and thus that player doesn't have any special reason to hide his/her identity (unlike the Doctor, who everyone would expect would be the most likely to be 'doc' in the game). If anyone can poke a hole in that argument, feel free.

Actually, it feels more like a 60% chance of being wrong, but Hairy's starting to make a little bit of sense. Fine!! Oh but it is a gamble! but no matter the outcome we get information! If TMS is a townie, Hairy is Mafia, if TMS is mafia, Hairy can be trusted. The worst thing that could happen is TMS being mafia but not the dalek and even with that option we've popped off a mafia member!
And any teaming between me and hairy is me agreeing with him out of the fact that tms is the smart one to lynch at this point.
*is getting excited about this, very very excited*
although everything I learned from the last lynching is what I'm throwing out the window here... oh well, its better than another 'no lynch' that was just weak sauce.

I do sorta agree with all yous...but keep in mind...Even if Hairys' right about T M S, that doesn't nessisarily mean he's right about me.
It would be fun to be mafia though...
anyways, I'm still not sure about Hairy OR T M S...so I'm witholding my vote until a later time...
keep in mind, if I start a lynch against Hairy, it'll probably be because I don't like him *sticks out tongue*
