Lord re-appeared in not so much a puff of smoke, but with a pair of Djinn on him. His sat down, and wondered why he was sitting there. He already had food from the village of Vault. Why should he want more? Ah yes. Because this food looked better. And his Djinn were in the midst of helping themselves to his herbs and nuts.
"Waiter! Over here please..."

Completely ignoring Lord, he kept his attention on Nali.
"Tell me, how did you come to end up in such a crummy town?"
He watched Nali, studying her. He was looking to see if he might find a weakness, some sort of flaw. Like he had. Though he could not tell without watching here for longer. Which he would have plenty of time to do now that she was in the group.
'Great another one, I just hope she isn't as incompitent as the others. Last thing I need is another body to drag around on my back. At least we have a healer now anyway.'

"That might explain why you're a water adept, usually they can only be found in Imil. But here you are now." He noded and looked like he was thinking for a bit.
"Perhaps its but a coincidence, a long time ago you say? Hmmm..."
'He wouldn't, would he? No, he's not supposed to do things like this. I guess I'll have to look into this later.'
"Hey lord, you're supposed to be the leader, where did the rest of our party go? There were supposed to be two more Mercury and at least one more Jupiter. Instead we get Irvin, not exactly a fair trade." He looked at Lord and watched for a reaction, he knew that Lord had been put on this mission because of the great one. He deserved to be kept under close watch.

Lord looked back at his companion. How on this world should he know? Anyway, he was hungry, and wanted some bacon, or something similar from a pig.
"How should I know? And Irvin might not be that bad... possibly." Lord joked, or at least, attempted to do so. Lord's jokes seemed like a form of torture, instead of a light-hearted attempt at humour.
"Still, if you happen to be THAT bothered, go track them down yourself." Lord replied calmly. "Now then waiter, I want some bacon..."

Nali looked at lord "hey you have those little critter things?????" Nlai asked pointing to the djinn "i have one too" and with that Shade jumped up from underneath her hat

Vaek laughed a little. "Yeah, we all do. Oh, which reminds me." He took out a Mercury djinn, Dew, from his pouch and handed it to Nali. "We found him in Biblin Cave. I figured one of us would need him, so you can have him. It'll make your psynergy much stronger." He then turned to Cairne.
"Cairne, can I talk to you in private?"

"Well, I guess. If anyone eats my food there will be blood spilt here." He glared a little at Lord, then he turned to Vaek. "Lets go out side then I guess."
After getting outside Cairne lay down on the hill and stared at the sunset. "It's beautiful isn't it. This place? To think it was tearing itself apart without the Golden Sun, now we're going to start it all over again."
He sighed and lay his head down on the soft grass. "What was it you wanted to talk about.

Vaek nodded. "I'm sure you have noticed it already, but Lord's been acting strange lately. He seems to conastantly avoid us, especially here. I saw him head to Lord McCoy, and the guards let him in without question." He looked back to make sure Lord wasn't eavesdropping. "Also, I think I noticed him limping a little."
"All I'm saying is be careful around Lord. Geode and Ptera suspect the Wise One might be up to something. I trust Lord, but not the Wise One. Will you keep an eye out for anything also? And don't tell the others. They wouldn't take this very maturely, as always."

"What do you mean there's no bacon???" Lord yelled as he slammed the door to the inn. "Huh... Oh, Hi there, how are we?" Lord questioned fairly happily, as he sat down next to the other two. "... So, what's with the silences?" Lord followed ob, getting confused. "Not talkative? Oh, fine then." Lord spoke, and began to walk off, heading towards another hill. WHat was their problems...

Nali had finished eating and was walking out the door. she went to the back of the inn and was happy that she would be getting out of hear for the first time and hopefully forever. Dew and Shade came out and they were running around "hyperactive little guys" Nali thought

"I don't see a problem Vaek. He's just strange." He said as Lord was walking away. "Not that it matters though. The Wise one isn't allowed to interfere with human workings."
He lay back on the hill, he was tired and still hadn't eaten. Well nothing would stop him from breakfast in the morning. His eyes slowly slid down over his eyes.
He managed to get one last thing out before drifting off. "Though you should know that we're still being followed...*snore*"

"i heard it to!!" Dew almost shouted and Nali lept toward the djinn just in time as someone walked by
"phew!Shade you should know that you two have to be quite!" Nali said "now Shade what did you hear?"
"i don't know" Shade replied "i just heard something"
