I think the only real rule is if you overpower it you'll be asked to scale it down.

The cards we have should be unique to the player.
Always keep in mind that we always know more than our characters, so we may know what they're getting, but they don't, and their personality and character traits should come out with that, things such as experiemntation and screw ups, ("What does this one do?" Ishod's belt sends out a small blast of energy, knocking everyone around him down, "Oh, oops, heheh....").
Cards should be tailored to what we think is best for our characters, but never so powerful that they take away the value of common sense and learning skills. The only thing that can have infinite reaches is the pure magic users, but even then they should be able to define their character's limits and not be too powerful.
As long a there is a limit, I don't see why we shouldn't make our own cards.

any of the cards you dont have yet are just a plan, you can change them at any time, and having a list of what your new cards are going to be helps us know when it would be appropriate for us to give you a new card.

Finally managed to get the Teroan post up in the Species thread. It is still susceptible to error, and and constructive criticism is musch appreciated.

well, Jikial's character has a hand full of people not to fond of him so far, that'd be a plenty good excuse for some pummeling.

Start the fight man. Leo can end up in the middle of it. It will be fun. Barfights are the best situations to rp, because there are no rules. And plenty of possible weapons to improvise with.
