"Well, your singing definitely made me feel better. I actually ended up pouncing him once I caught his metallic signature," she said, looking at her hands, which were still tingling from the connection.

I actually ended up pouncing him once I caught his metallic signature," she said, looking at her hands, which were still tingling from the connection. "Kaen, I don't even remember singing. I just remember the darkness and then feeling caged and finally waking up on the floor." Sapphire says standing and going around the bar, as she walks around her legs were wobbling and it looked like she could collapse at any moment.

The kitsune shrugged. "I don't really know what to say. It didn't try catching me, just you and Asphiel," she said. "He was called back up...." She shook her head. "Is there anything I can get for you?"

"Is there anything I can get for you?" "No, I got it." Sapphire says pulling out her bottle of rum. "I understand him going after Asphiel. I mean, he is an angel and that thing looked like he wanted to devour the light from him, but why me? I'm just a wolf girl. You have more light with the baby than I do inside of me." Sapphire says leaning on the bar for support. She needed to find a way to ease this shaking, but nothing was coming to mind.
