So I was watching the Nostalgia Critic review of the top 11 Batman TAS episodes and it got to the part where he talks about Mad Love, and for some reason I could just imagine Freeze going off and beating the hell out of Joker for hurting Harley.
No clue why. Maybe it's me, maybe it's my vision of Freeze being a romantic. Probably the latter. I know he said he was glad Harley finally broke it off with Joker during NML, and this seems to be in line with that. Strange sort of fleeting thought I guess.

I can see that happening. Freeze loved Nora. He might hate the fact that Joker is using and abusing that love.

Yes, exactly. Harley practically worships Joker and is willing to do anything for him, and the guy treats her like dirt. Meanwhile Freeze is barely staying alive, doing everything in his power just to keep Nora alive while he searches for a cure.
Joker is squandering a very precious thing.
