Depends what kind of sick and what kind of instrument. I'm supposing you mean you have some sort of throat thing, but I know playing the flute or piccolo with a migrane is pretty bad too...

I was a saxophone player, but I never practiced when I was sick.
They pick up a lot of nasty germs that way.

In the past month, I haved ripped open 5 boxes of captian crunch, devoured the insides, and dumped the evidence in the garbage to be burned...
