At least its not like mine or the connection still not 100% which it is. My mine loses connection for a minute or two and it gets annoying or it moves to slow. ((Even when I turn it on it crashes immeditaley. Dad tried turning it on once and it just wouldnt friggin work. After the 3rd time, the finally sent it to the Serive Center. Mom wishes they would just replace the darn thing. We should get it back soon, but I'm not sure it's going to work...))

When you mean school you mean gaia, we all know. we've all done that too. Maybe you should check up on their policy because some places have a policy if sent back 3 times for the same reason they send you a different one back.
