Triskal drew up slowly. He looked awkwardly around. The other students were either done, or they were waiting around. Triskal looked at Karake. He was done, there was that other student too. The Genin Girl was about to fight Karake, although, Triskal wasn't sure who would win in the end. This kind of fight would be fun to watch. Plus, it would be the first that Triskal will have ever seen! Triskal was getting pumped just thinking about it, and happily kicked the punching bag. A direct hit!

Triskal tried to punch, but immediately collapsed to the ground. His stomach was growling. His leg was still sore from the fall from the stairs. His arms were weak from trying to hit stuff. His toes were numb. His fingers were totally numb. His vision was spinning. His chest was drenched in sweat. His face was scowling. His energy was spent. His fingers were terribly hurt. His hair was heavy with sweat. He tried to get up. He wasn't successful. If at first you don't succeed, Triskal thought.

Triskal got up slowly. He brushed off his clothes, and braced himself. He felt like he was ready to topple over. The whole gym was swaying, and Triskal with it. Slow down! He thought. His righteous indignation was bursting forth. A Sensai like theirs ought to warn them about this. Triskal looked. Yep, most of them were done now, but little Triskal, oh, little Triskal was still working his butt off. Whatever this test was, it wasn't funny. Anyone could have assumed that ten or so punches, jabs, and kicks would be easy, but something about this gym was just driving him insane. He quickly punched the bag.

Triskal faced his opponent, Muffins the punching bag. He bowed low. This would be done civilized, if done at all. He know that only one hit was left, so Triskal used a move his opponent would never suspect. He faked a jab, then kicked, hard. Sadly, he didn't actually hit the dummy. Instead, he accidentally slid. His back foot was the weak one. It wasn't stable, so it was the first to fall. Triskal tried to back up, but with one leg swinging and the other slipping, well, let's just say he was definitely not getting out of this situation easily.

Triskal sighed slowly. His back foot had been crushed. He wasn't sure if anything worse could possibly happen. He got onto one knee. The pain surged up his leg, and it twisted in his insides. This was not gonna work. Triskal got on two knees now, and used his good leg to push up slowly. His not so graceful movements caused very much pain, and probably a whole lot of humiliation as well. This was not gonna work. He finally became fully stretched out, and then he pulled up with his other leg. He turned towards the punching bag formerly known as Muffins. In his exhaustion, he collapsed forward, and groped for his opponent. Using the punching dummy as a, well, dummy, he pushed back slowly, and then used it to ready himself. He then did something unexpected. He pretended to lean forward, and then struck the dummy, hard, using his right hand. Then, as the dummy swayed, he hit again. The dummy groaned. Triskal smiled.
He was done.
Triskal walked over towards the Sensai. He slowly groaned, but tried to cover it with his hand. "Sir," he started, "I-I'm done. Done with the push ups, and the jabbing, and th-the kicks and wha-" Triskal fell to his knees. He didn't know what was wrong with himself! Even earlier, he had began to feel faint. Triskal shivered. Something was most definitely wrong with him.

Hitmoi's grinned a little as she made her way over to Andou-Sensei and Karake. She kept quiet until Andou-Sensei had finished instructing the both of them, and once he was done, her grinned widened in a playful manner, "I won't go easy sensei." she replied as she turned to her partner. She eyed the boy over a little bit, and simply nodded, "You won't learn if you don't go all out, right?" she said as she tapped a foot on the ground. She would at least give the boy some confidence as she waited for some form of beginning. "Why don't we start then, hm?" she said in a slightly mocking tone, mainly to get the boy to make the first move.
[temporarily taking over as Andou while Kouri love is away, so of course my posts won't be nearly as ubber as Kouri's, lol]
Andou simply nodded as he left Hitomi and Karake to attend to the instructions that were given to them. He then turned his attention back to the other two. It wasn't long until Batosai had finished up with his exercise and had taken a place up besides him. "Nice work," the man said with another small nod as he watched the last boy work on his exercise. He was still waiting for the one match to begin and as he was, Triskal finished up his exercise. "Alright you two," he began as he turned to the two boys, ignoring any small injuries that either boy could have possibly gotten from hitting dummies... "You guys are going to do just as the other two over there." he said, referring to Hitomi and Karake. He began repeating just what he had said to the other two, "Put your training to good use and spar with each other. No going easy, because that will get you nowhere." The boys needed to practice as if it was the real deal, or else there won't be any purpose to their practicing...

Karake didn't particularly like making the first move, but clearly this fight was going nowhere until he did. He gave a quick bow and muttered "Here we go". He rushed forward, focused on Hitomi, and, once he was within range, he launched a forward jab. He quickly discovered that focusing on balance and stance was more difficult when in motion.

[[that correct but there is one more thing. When you roll a 20 its a instant success, and a 1 is a instant fail. So you rolled a 1, that means that you intstantly a failed attack, and Hitomi could attack you now]]
Batosai nodded as Andou gave him instructions. He turned to Triskal and observed his outter appearance. The boy seemed to be weak, very weak. But it was his first day of school so Batosai could understand that. But yet, he felt there wasn't much of a challenge. He could have it better with Hitomi, better yet Hiru. "Piece of cake." he thought. He got into his combat stance and waved his hand back and forwarth, signaling Triskal. "Lets begin."

Walking into the academy area, observing all the determined students, Adrianna felt comfortable and anxious to get training. She could only count the days that she will become a great shinobi......although of course years from now. "Oh look a fight! This should be very intriguing. I'm so excited. " She said to herself silently, in hopes of not interrupting the two sparring individuals. She sat on a log and began watching with observant eyes.

Andou was glad to see all the students here ready to work hard. All seemed eager to become stronger and that almost brought a smile to his face. He turned from Batosai and Triskal to see if Karake and Hitomi had begun yet. He had turned just in time to see Karake's horrible miss. He had done very well in his training, and now he was fumbling... He needed more practice, that much was for sure. With a heavy sigh, Andou noticed another student walk in. He wasn't suprised to see some stragglers, but being late was not okay. "We don't sit around in this class miss!" the sensei barked out towards the new girl. "Get in there and take Hitomi's place!" he said as he pointed to the female genin and the boy she was with. Sitting around and watching won't get her anywhere, and this new girl would be a more fair match for Karake, though he won't get nearly as much experience as he would have from working with the genin. But this would do for now. "Hitomi, come on out.." he said with a nod of his head.
"Nice try Karake!" Hitomi said with a giggle as she watch the boys horrible movements. "Remember what I said about balance earlier?" she remarked as she bent her knees just slightly, prepairing to strick the boy down and show him how it was done. But just then, she heard Andou-Sensei call her name and tell her to come on out so another student could take her place. "Yes Sensei!" she said with a chirp in her voice. "We'll do this again some other time Karake, I'm sure!" she said to the boy with a nod of the head as she made her way to stand besides her Sensei.

Triskal looked at his opponent. He had finished earlier than he, and Triskal figured this would definitely be a bad thing. He looked at the boy called Batosai. He looked at the punching dummy who's head was torn to shreds. He looked at Batosai. Yep, this definitely wasn't a good thing. "Well then, you never learn if you don't try." Triskal said not so confidently. He turned towards Karake, who seemed to be struggling as well. At least that was a good sign, he guessed. He slowly raised his fists, and remembering to keep his balance while moving, he began to strike forward. Well, you just never know if something like this, a quick direct strike, would work.

Hiru reached the academy and ran up the exterior wall all the way to the attic. He could clearly hear some people fighting inside, he tried not to get spotted so he wouldn't be asked to join. As soon as he made it to the attic, he started shuffling boxes around, trying to find something that had bits of paper in it. He may never have trained with those, but he sure had seen them a lot in Hoshigaki celebrations.
After a while of finding nothing, he scratched his head, trying to think of the one place he wouldn't have looked.
That's when he saw a box far in the corner with warning signs all over it. He pulled it back to the middle of the room and forced the top open. He saw practically hundreds of kunais with explosive tags attached to them.
"Hihihi this is going t be fun...", Hiru pondered.

Activating explosive tags
Hiru follows the instruction sheet he found in the explosive tag box in an effort to master the art of blowing up stuff.

Hiru quickly dove his hands into the box and shuffled through it, trying to fit as many explosive tag equipped kunais in his equipment pouch as he could. After he managed to grab at least ten of them, he took the basic instruction sheet that was inside and ran outside, making great efforts not to be seen by mean-sensei inside. Hiru really didn’t want to be asked to spar with the others… He started looking around, trying to find a good place to start his training.
DC = 11 (fail)
Once he reached the backyard, Hiru spotted an apparently abandoned tree stomp that would make a perfect target. He lined up all of his kunais on the ground in front of him and picked one up, getting ready to start. He quickly took a look at the instruction sheet:
“Once the projectile is launched, simply focus a small yet intense amount of chakra in the center of the tag to spark a reaction. MAKE SURE TO STAND AT LEAST 40 FEET AWAY FROM DETONATION AREA”.
“This shouldn’t be too hard…”, Hiru thought.
DC = 6 (fail)
Hiru tossed the first kunai a bit clumsily at the lone stump in the distance. It didn’t really hit the target, it more or less hit the ground right in front of it, maybe a root but not much more. “Well, close enough I guess!”, he thought. “Alright, here goes nothing…”, he whispered. Hiru quickly started to focus on the center of the tagged. He shrivelled his face so much you could barely see his eyes; yet, nothing happened.
DC = 12 (fail)
Hiru was obviously very disappointed, he thought with all the experience he had now he’d master this basic technique in a flash. However, it was certain Hiru must have forgotten a very basic element of the technique; otherwise this stump would be history by now. He took another quick look at the instruction sheet and noticed he had forgotten the part about the focusing on the center; he had actually been focusing on the whole sheet all this time.
DC = 18 (pass)
“Alright, let’s see if it works better this time”, Hiru whispered. He spotted the lone kunai with the explosive tag floating in the wind and focused all of his chakra for maybe a quarter of a second in the dead center of the sheet. Almost before Hiru realized what was happening, a deafening:
“BOOM”
broke the silence of the peaceful mist village morning. Hiru was literally blasted backwards by the explosion, rolling a few times before stopping his course head down with his back flat against the academy wall.
