((Just a thought... Iyashii's really not getting that Franki can't see is he?? He keeps glaring and stuff.))

Maralah could hear some yelling in the distance and she trotted towards it, more like took off as fast as her little foxy legs could carry her. She was soon able to see Franki, and some boy. She then ran even faster, skidding to a halt in front of Franki and then making a mewling sound.

::Maralah had stopped right in Franki's path, too close for Franki to stop. fortantely for the fox, Franki's reflexes had not been dulled. sensing Maralah suddenly VERY near, and hearing her mew, Franki jumped over her before she could trip over her and hurt her... unfortantely, however, she didn't let go of Iyashi, which threw her balance off enough that when she landed, her feet kept moving when the rest of her stayed in one spot... leaving her sitting on the ground:: geez, Maralah... that hurt... you okay, Iyashi?

He glared at her and the fox that had almost killed them "Fine.. I don't think I like foxes anymore!"

She gave an apologetic mew and then went over and licked Franki's face. She much enjoyed being a fox most of the time. She put her paw on Franki's nose, her own sign of apology. She wasn't sure if she shoudl talk in front of this Iyashi or not.

::putting one arm under Maralah so that she's holding the fox, she uses Iyashi's hand to keep herself steady and stands:: she's not so bad... just insanely reckless.... and apology accepted, Maralah... the twins have doen worse ::shakes her head sadly:: talk while we move ::already moving again, and agian draging Iyashi along behind her, though now she's going more at a walking pace:: Iyashi, this is Maralah, Maralah, this is Iyashi. i'm borrowing his eyes for awhile... Maralah is... uh... a friend's... fox... sorta... it's complicated... geez, never thought i'd say that :;wincing:: anyway, she's smarter than a normal fox :;this was said in explanation for what she was about to do. turning her face toward Maralah, she asks:; is everything alright? Kishi and the others, they're at my place, right?

Maralah nodded, then let out a mew, pawing at Franki's hair as a sign. It was an odd one but it was the only way she could let her know without actually speaking in front of this boy, which would constitute a bit more than a smarter than average fox.

He just nodded and gave an understanding grunt. He was feeling to chatty and decided to stop for awhile... unless she made him talk again!

She made a small barking sound to indicate she didn't know much. But then she mewed trying to say her condition hadn't changed. Darn bystanders for being around so she couldn't speak like she needed to!

stare okay, this is getting annoying... no offense, Maralah, i know what Kishi said, but seriously, why would it matter if anyone knows? that one girl, Remmy's friend, she didn't freak when she heard Kishi... and apparently other people can be trusted too... so... ::stops and turns to face Iyashi:: remember that cult thing i meantioned before? you promise not to tell anyone what you might hear or see?

He stared blankly for a moment and sighed. Now this girl was talking to a fox! How did he always meet the crazy ones?? "I said I wouldn't... I have no one to tell anyway so whatever it is will be safe with me. Or.. *trys to tug his arm away* I can leave and you and the fox may converse normally"

Maralah looked at him dryly. "She's not going to let you go and I should warn you that this girl has a vice grip." she said, speaking out since he had basically told her to. She was giving him a 'you are so very stuck now, not to mention deep in the thick of things' look which only Maralah could give so well.
