::Snow yawns::
I'm going to strangle the next nurse I see until they give me meds. Jeez, I sound like a junkie.

"Pain meds"? I might as well bring a bone saw and leeches with me too, eh?
::presses a button on a screen::
That is the synapse suppression system. It should alleviate most of the discomfort while the healing wave continues its work.

Okay... Querl. Is there a reason I'm seeing three of everything? It's a little distracting. I've been trying to read this
::holds up Bigby's journal::
but I can't make heads or tails of it

Post-concussion syndrome. Which is considerably less traumatic then the severe brain damage I originally diagnosed you with. You have amazing recuperative abilities.

I had brain damage? How did I recover? I know I'm a Fable but that's ridiculous, even for me.

Hm, yes.
::turns one of the floating screens to Snow White::
This is your brain. Or, more accurately, an electrolytic scan of it. The dark patches are where the brain damage has repaired itself. You will recover the short-term memories directly before the trauma, and everything long-term is intact.
My advice is to not push yourself and to let the healing process proceed naturally.
