Saim-hann is actually quite cool with all the bright red... Plus might I add their mechanized warfare style is quite effective tabletop-tacticwise too.

Guess I'll go with the beef jerkey variant, they look like they could fit into a proper maiden world.

Are Wraith Guard mounted on 28mm or 40mm bases? Must know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

AFAIK they have been always on the 25 mm bases but this could have changed lately... since Termies moved up from 25mm, they could have done same. Best check instore.

AWESOME STORY:
The college Im at closed the ballroom we all use for our 40k games, and our Apoc final match was gonna be canceled. THEN we decided "We have enough cars, lets all go to the comic store thats also a 40k store!"
So we drive down, and we get there, and we all unpack. And I say Hi to the store owner, and behind him, I see hes got 2 of the new tanks out in their boxes on display. I joke with him and go
Me: Heeeey, ya mind just tuuuuurning around for a moment? I PROMISE NOT to take that new Eldar Fire prism tank behind you when you do, haha. Him: Wanna buy it? Me: O__O Wait, are you serious? Him: *Takes the box down, types in register and puts in my discount* $48. Me: O______________________O *SLAMS DOWN CREDIT CARD* My friend: B-BUT THATS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUT TO PUBLIC TILL JUNE 5th! D: Store Owner: Well...Oh well, If anyone asks I guess, I sold it to you out of ignorance. Here ya go guys, have fun with the Apoc. game. Me: O_____________________________________O *Squeezes it close to chest*
Something tells me he didn't know and that I MAY have gotten the "Display" model. My friend was sooooo pissed I have a model not yet sold to public earlier than expected. HOWEVER, even though I have it early, I told him "Look, if it makes you feel ANY better, I wont be able to even TOUCH this thing and put it together till like...June 2nd-June 4th since I have soooo many finals. So really, its 3 days early if ANYTHING".
BUT BEFORE anyone says it, the store DOESNT sell models early or anything like that under the table, this was a once in a blue moon lucky thing I believe of getting a store display model.

Also, who's gonna use the new NIGHT SPINNER? biggrin
For those who HAVENT seen the official ruling on it...
Night Spinner
Twin-linked Doomweaver: 12-72" S:6 AP: - Heavy 1, Large Blast, Barrage, Rending Place a marker next to any unit hit. Any such units count as being in difficult and dangerous terrain the next time they move for any reason. After they have competed their next movement, remove the marker. Twin-linked Shuriken Catapult
BS:3
12/12/10 Fast, Skimmer, Tank
Standard Eldar vehicle upgrades apply. NOT a transport. Costs the same as a Fire Prism Heavy Support choice Night Spinner rules are stamped as "Official"

Costs the same as a Fire Prism Heavy Support choice Night Spinner rules are stamped as "Official" twin linked means good accuracy+ range is great+ large blast pie plate of doom + s6 enough to wound most infantry on 2+ + barrage+ shooting from behind building is truly eldar sneaky way+ AP- well, everybody usually has a cover anyway but slight - rending slightly reduces the effect of the lack of AP, and gives a chance of tank penetration (remember it makes it AP1 too) + overall - great infantry killing weapon, but not on a par with IG toys (squadrons? AP3 with no cover saves? D3 pie-plates from one tank?), and the heavy support slots are oh-so-contested... I think it can be used to a good effect if you have enough antitank firepower already in the army. single-shot kill estimates for comparison with other armies artillery: target assumed to be 10 strong unit in 4+ cover, no BS bonus to hit Colossus 2,77 MEQ 2,77 GEQ Manticore 1,85 MEQ 2,77 GEQ Night Spinner 1,54 MEQ 2,31 GEQ Whirlwind 0,74 MEQ 2,22 GEQ for further comparison, a squadron of 3 war walkers with two scatter lasers each 3,33 MEQ 5 GEQ - but its costlier, has weak armor and is subject to enemy direct fire

I personally as a Warp Spider lover, will use one in my list. However, I agree that what would make this better was if it was a Heavy 2 possibly or something. Cause yeah, It sadly since It CANT punch through tanks that well even on side armor, It's still not as good as a Fire Prism. If I am fighting Orks or a non-mechy army, I'll be using it for sure.
That a "HIT" unit has to take both a Dangerous AND Difficult terrain test is AWESOME in my book. Man, but I tell you, if this thing was Heavy 2....damn...

re-rolling pretty much everything is really cool - unless you have no save to re-roll... My regular Eldar OPFOR hate heavy flamers and flamestorms smile
