Mat It depends on many factors Such as? And for the record, lets stick with regular old superman, none of the Prime stuff where he's all powerful cause he was in the sun for so long.

I always thougt he had super strength, just about couldn't be hurt by any normal means, and was for all intents and purposes, immortal.

SO I take it, he would loose, unless Superman can be killed by a psychic attack, a fact that I am not sure about.
