And kittens are wonderful. I foster a litter every summer and then adopt them out (as you may recall) and they have lots of interesting habits, lol. My brother's kitten used to sit on my lap when I played video games and would swat my thumbs when the buttons clicked biggrin
I've come to believe cats are equal to dogs only because the love/affection/joy you receive from a cat is different than that from a dog so it's unfair to try and compare them. Playing outside with a dog in the winter isn't a chore if you love your pet anyway biggrin I do like to point out that with a dog you only have to deal with one poop at a time rather than the many a cat will leave you in their litter box! (and the hundreds you'll find after a day if you have a rabbit like me!)
I also have chickens... they're awesome biggrin

I don't really like cats, but they like me - it's weird o3oU and I have two dogs...neither of which I would recommend bathing unless you own a wetsuit. XD;;;

I've got four cats, a dog, a rabbit, and 6 chickens... used to be 7 but just this past week one got taken by a hawk sad

I only have a cat and some fish right now, but, I used to have more cats, a dog, a hamster, more fish, up to twenty rabbits (I was little and they don't live too long), and lizards. I also grew up in the country so other animals like horses, chickens, geese, cows, llama, sheep, pigs, emus, and goats are not uncommon
