I have about 3-4 custom jutsu that i want to add in smile But i think i have to be higher then genin to get it first. btw, can you explain how the promotion sequence works?

the chunnin exams work like normal but I believe that to get to higher ranks you max out your training on chakra then are tested by your kage to advance not to sure about anything but chunnin right now shin needs to answer that question

Hes at his Dads, which means he works on formatting's and stuffs in word cause his dad has no internetz, he will be back sometime this week, possibly tomorrow night.
