Same, but this way once your art majors graduate or are too busy working on their art, you can put art in their art and call in your own art ^_^ Ahh, but here's the thing. I should be getting a job after I graduate. They might not. So they would have 2 choices, live in a cardboard box, or live in my basement with rend being in the form of any art I request.
