Sleigh Bells Fan Yeah it does (stack once I rank up) :3 So I guess that's everything. X3 I'm going to start RPing and if that needs to be changed I'll fix it. If that's not okay I'll just have it add 3 more ninjutsu to each of my five elments but they wouldn't stack.

Mogaar Panthers7 *)With the speed increase. Would it be safe to assume that it is increased by say... .5 of a rank? *) Also, unfortunately, the auto-rank does not include auto-bloodline. That will have to be applied for. Y.Y *) Lastly, I'd like you to at the very least, put fill out most of his cap. in techniques. If anything, cap out his Taijutsu. ^-^ 1. Yes, that's fine. 2. Fine, I'll go do that now. 3. I just did that. I'm capped out on both Taijutsu and Kenjutsu now. I don't plan to be using much ninjutsu so I'm good on that front. n.n Ready when you are, broski.

Good! Just a few clarifications:
-) The Chakra Control Attribute: Does it increase through multiples of 5.
Example being:
-5CP: Genin ranked techniques [ At Genin Level]
-10CP: Chuunin Ranked techniques [ At Chuunin level]
~and so on?
* Other than that, everything else seems pretty fine.

Rose has a story, like many in the shinobi world, in where you rise from the top from being at the bottom. His father, was a shinobi of ____'s military force. A man who utilized skills with a unique weapon, known as the 'Phoenix Talons'; or Adamantium claws. Weapons that were feared not only because of the legendary metal within them, but because of the strength of the user that wielded them. Zhang, in all his pretentious glory, would often visit a Geisha who at times... performed in a brothel. It was a woman he was in love with, but because of the social standards he had to keep his honor and would not engage in the woman outside of those walls. At least, until after one night of fiery passion, procured life. Life, that made Zhang re-evaluate keeping his glory and respect, while a woman he loved held a child that was of his own creation; how can he act honorable, when he can't even act honorable before his family? Putting his pride and honor aside, he took the ridicule of the 'unholy' matrimony and brought their love life to surface. Using the funds he gained throughout his years of service, which unfortunately was cut once the knowledge of who his wife was, and purchased a home for his family. This wasn't all that bad... Jiao halted from being a brothel woman, and became a teacher in etiquette, tea ceremonies, Geisha dancing, and a opened up a studio for rather high classed performances despite the history of the owner. One may curse her past but they could not curse her shows, which were deemed nothing less than a work of art. Odd as it may sound, despite how people felt about what she used to be, they could not doubt her talent in how good she was in those fields; even whilst holding a budding life within her.
Six months and a week later, Rose came to the earth. As beautiful as his mother, and holding the pride and strength of his father. As Rose grew, he held something of a fan base growing. It seems his rather sharply looking parents procured quite an alluring child. One that had something of the seductive and teasing nature of his mother, and the charm, wit, and intelligence of his father. All combined into this child who took to his rather 'exquisite' looks as a gift rather than a curse. His Academy days, sprouted rather well. For his mother, not caring about his true gender, taught him how to dance as a Geisha. Even at times when money got short, dressed him up to do dances and perform. For it would take a rather extremely hard look in areas that one should only see in closed doors, to tell his gender; and she definitely abused that feature when she could. But it bothered not Rose. He in fact added the fluency, elegance and elaborate moves of the dance to his fighting. Making his fighting seem... beautiful... yet brutal due to his father's teachings. For his father taught him what he knew and when he showed enough talent, he presented Rose with a gift of a pet; a sacred tiger of old that he gained as a gift from the friends that still request his tactical help in the operatives. With this push, Rose took to being a Tamer Classed Shinobi; becoming remarkably good in fighting with the beast as well as providing exceptional back up with any team mate he partnered with. The father taught and trained him so hard, because due to his child having such...'elaborate' looks, the fear of him being picked on was strong within the man. So he taught his child to be brutal and destructive as the partner that padded beside him. With the two parents teachings, he was something of a rose that one would fear to touch. Beautiful and illustrious to look at, taunting even... yet dangerous and lethal. . For each opponent Rose faced was demolished in such an elegant yet monstrous manner that on-lookers could do nothing but watch in shock at the display. Mixed in views of what they have seen.
Soon, he became known as the "Sleeping Dragon"; or... the 'Incubus' upon becoming Genin, as his charms indeed did catch many eyes and his hands took many garments. The 'Incubus' name, is rather self-explanatory, but the "Sleeping Dragon" was given to him after a time he was with his friends. For anyone that destroyed his beauty, would face the gift his mother had given him when he was younger. To ensure he could defend himself properly should a customer think the dance of the Geisha was pertaining to something else.

Satoshi had grown up an orphan in the Land of Water under the tutorage of his Uncle who was a retired shinobi skilled in the arts of Genjutsu since before he could remember. His parents had been killed in an accident involving a fire and a large explosion which Satoshi survived due to his mother's sacrifice of throwing him out the door of their home before it was consumed in a great conflaguration. If asked to remember his parents, he sees no faces, just flames and the tortured screams as they burned to death. It was unknown to him what caused the fire, but hidden reports show that they were developing a massive explosive to be used to punch a hole in strong walls of other Villages like Sunagakure and the famed Konohagakure, it just backfired...or was sabatoged, the report isnt clear about how the experiment went wrong.
Upon growing up and coming of age by graduating the academy, he was sent to live on his own with provisonary funds from his Uncle who wished him luck with these last few words. "This is the start of your journey, kiddo... Make it worth it." When he said that to Satoshi, he was really showing his affections as he felt a fatherly love for him. Now Satoshi lives in the Hidden Village of the Mist, training and growing as he awaits the day when he will finally undertake his first real mission and work his way up the ladder to eventually become as great as his Uncle once was, and to discover the truth about his fiery past, and uncover the real reason behind the death of his parents.
