Chloe walked into Walmart and found some cheesecake, but at the register she remembered that she didn't have any money on her. she sadly left the store and hurried home.

Soma was inching his bed slowly towards his bag. "Gah! Damn these casts!"

Chloe came back half an hour later. "I'm sorry, Soma, I couldn't get you any. I first, i forgot that i am broke and so then i went to my house but my guardians wouldn't let me borrow any money and then i was walking back when i thought that you might need some blood, so i brought a bag for you and then i came back here, and i had to walk the whole way because people were out and about so...." she collapsed in a chair, out of breath from her long explanation shpeel. she handed the bag to Soma, "Here you go."

Soma bit down on the bag, piercing it. He started to suck the blood out of it.

Chloe heard someone coming. she grabbed the bag away from Soma and threw it into the trash can. the door opened but she saw some blood around Soma's mouth. Chloe jumped on the bed and kissed Soma, licking the blood off his face in the process.

Soma's eyes widened at the sudden kiss. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the moment.

A nurse walked in on them. "Excuse me!" she said in a pinched voice. Chloe gave Soma one more kiss before looking up. "Miss, this is not a private room for these things! this is a hospital! people die here!"
Chloe held her hands up. "Ok, alright, i'm sorry!" she got off of Soma and the bed and slouched down in the chair beside him.

"Hey chill out...she wasn't harming anybody....and does it look like I'm dying?" he said.

The nurse looked down her nose at him. "Actually...." she said, noting Soma's many casts.
"I'm sorry, it won't happen again." Chloe apologized, acting incredibly embarrassed. * she reminds me of some of my elementary teachers.* Chloe thought privately.
The nurse nodded, seeming to be satisfied, and after checking all of Soma's vitals and changing the IV she left the room.
