Tony and the men got back in the car. Tony was both sad and angry at this point.

((Ok. Just for your information, the day they are in is Friday. And they're currently shopping. So, let's get to teh time skip!!! WRAGH!!! scream scream scream xd ))
Alfone drove back solemnly, the air filled with anger and bitterness. Most of it was radiating from Tony.
Alfone pulled into the (still unspecified) garage, where several men were already waiting via a cell phone call that had alerted them to be ready. When Alfone got out, they were already opening the trunk to see that it was really true that Alfredo was dead.
Alfone didn't even bother to see if the don was there; he simply went home. He would get whatever was left of his pay - from paying off car damages - later. He simply wanted to get to sleep.

Alfone drove along, somewhat tired as he hadn't gotten much sleep since the day before. It was now Friday, and he was going to the beach.
The car (don't ask how he got it, but it wasn't mafia-related) was packed with towels, tanning lotions, an umbrella, a radio, and an ice chest full of food and drinks. And other beach stuff, of course. He was wearing swim trunks and a t-shirt, and an old pair of sandals.
He was out of cigarettes, but he would have to make-do. The beach awaited, with all of its sand, sun, and girls. Er - that is, to complete the rhyme - fun.

Tony was going through his closet. He wanted to pick out the perfect suit for the party.
Giovanni was looking for a good suit as well. His flatulence problem seemed to disappeared.

The previous night, Tony had reported finding Alfredo's body to the Don. Giovanni was both angered and saddened at the same time.
"Well give him a proper funeral and burial after tomorrow" he said to Tony, "but tomorrow is supposed to be a happy time...and people die in the mob, it comes with the job. We'll just have to try not to think about it during tomorrow".
Tony was still a bit bothered as he searched for a suit, but he tried to put it out of his head.

Beans yawned on the Friday morning. Both he and his fiance were up early, drinking coffee and completely out of the mood to talk.
The detective walked outside to retrieve the newspaper, muttering something to himself about getting a dog. Once inside, he settled down to read. Then he noticed that Claire had a puffy red nose and was sniffling often.
"Are you feeling well today, Claire?"
"Y-yes... No. I feel terrible, sweetie."
"You aren't going to go to work today, right?"
"M-maybe if my head clears up...."
Beans made up his resolve. "Claire, my love, you will sit down and wait while I cook breakfast for you."
"But I d-d- AUGH!" She sneezed. Beans only grinned and got out the bacon.

Tony went through his closet and found a suit he liked. It was all black including the shirt which was silk. He tried it on. Perfect!

Alfone pulled into a secluded section of the beach. Not as many people were there as was typical on the next day - Saturday. He busily laid out his towel, set the ice chest nearby, then stretched out across said towel, watching the waves. He rubbed the cold sunscreen on his skin while he sat there. The relative silence was wonderful.
