Caleb pulled away his hand after he seized them. "I am quite fine." He responded. He closely looked at his hands, seeing the deep pinpricks, he went back to work.

Moé looked to be in pain. "Sir, please be careful for yourself. I... I don't want to see you hurt..."

"....Hurt?" Caleb sighed. "I did not even noticed the pricks, so I do not understand why it would be painful to yourself."

Moé paused. "I-I... don't want you to be unhappy, or hurt. That pain I feel is also why, that's also why I try everything in my power to make you happy." She squirmed. "I-I made you laugh, once. I... want you to be that happy. That's what I'm trying to accomplish, Sir. That's my wish." And I almost gave in to my selfish desires,, she thought, thinking that he would like me more that way... [[She's thinking about her former plan to get a job somewhere else, and quit being his student, for the slim chance that he'd like her more.]]

Caleb did not respond, he just looked back at his work of the half sowed page. "...I..think I grasp the idea."

Moé nodded. "I'll be right back, I need some orange juice. My diagnosis is getting pretty bad again..." [[Meaning that Caleb's diseases are lowering her immune system's power, so she's trying to fortify her bodily defenses against disease.]] She left the room. Parfait knocked on the door, and came inside via phasing. She was wearing a regular outfit. "You are... Caleb? No other records, besides that... It says that... that girl is residing at your house." She walked over to Caleb. "Now, sir, think rationally of this-- that girl's maternal lineage is a line of monsters. Her great-grandparents are a god and Gabriel, respectively. Her grandfather--married into the maternal lineage-- was the savior of both worlds. Her mother is God, and her father was the initiator of a near-apocalypse." Parfait scowled. "That girl's a threat to this world, and to her home world as well. She should be terminated, and, from how annoying she is to you, it must be easy to comply." She held up a document. "This is her banishment from Hell. Simply destroying it does not invalidate it, but..." She pointed to a fine line of text. "This says 'said contract is automatically revoked should a 670-5 occurs'." Parfait squinted. "...'670-5' is the victim being killed by someone he or she loves-- the ultimate pity-breeder for those banished form Heaven, the ultimate disgrace for those banished from Hell-- the revoker of any banishment. What I ask is simple; save yourself from this madness, and kill Moé for good." [[Dun-dun-dun!]]

Caleb looked up as soon as the woman came into the room. "....Of course, you put myself in a chilling deposition. If I do secede in killing her, it could only mean her kinsman coming out for my blood. I will need longer to decide my decision."

Parfait nodded. "I understand. However, though they were freed before, all relatives now-- including Montblanc and Lucy Gabriel-- have been put under Valentine's control. Robin, Moé's best friend and child of Satan, may hound you, but she's a weak-muscled half-satyr girl."

"Do not let her see you leave, it would be better for both of us." He sat back in his chair, going into a state of deep thought.

Parfait nodded, and then portaled away. That was easier than I thought. Moé entered the door, visibly refreshed, and then went to her seat. "Also, Sir, I spent most of last night studying the sections we were talking about! Just in case of a test or quiz..." She saw that Caleb was thinking, and then stood up, leaving. "Oh, I'll let you think. I'll come back in a half hour, is that enough?"

Caleb did not respond to Moé, he did not even give her a glance. The answer is plain to see, it would not take anything as well, just a simple cut across the neck should end this... But is it the right answer is the true question. Do I trust this assassin? Her shady acts and her knowledge of myself seem, dangerously exact. Also, there is her turning into that...beast. A silent sigh came from Caleb.

Moé was meanwhile in a local tomeshop. She had purchased a rather expensive rarity, and was proudly carrying it as she walked back to the schoolyard. "Sir should be happy with me...!" She was skipping along, and then was encountered by a woman in black. [[All members of the TG, whether the TG is dead now or otherwise, are female.]] "Where is it?" "Huh?" The woman persisted. "The secret that man is hiding. The secret passed on from the mother of God to the child of god. You. Where are you hiding it?!" Moé flinched, and then ran into a portal. The woman followed. "You are under arrest under suspicion of hiding ubiquitous information from the Time Government!" Moé handed Caleb the book, and then held onto his arm. "This lady from the time government...! She's with Parfait, that one cat lady. They're gonna rebuild the time government, and make men with powerful genes into nothing but their breeding ground!" 'They're looking for your journal', she whispered in his ear. Parfait came out of a portal with a large list, and stood next to the woman in black. "Moé Kura-Dupin. The messiah who followed science instead of religion, selfishly following her own dreams instead of that of her people. Ran away from home at five years of age, a disgrace to her family, her world, her own existence." Parfait looked up. "Caleb, who do you trust? The government, or some girl from a lineage of monsters with a petty little love for you? A petty little girl who destroyed her beast-like, powerful alter-ego just so that you would possibly not hate her?" Moé wailed. "Don't talk to him as if you know him on a personal level!" [[It's moments like these which make me wonder why I love CalebxMoé so much. Well, should it sink, I'll die with my ship![/pun]]]

Caleb thought about the plight he was in. "Neither." He stood, taking the tome with himself as he turned and began walking to the door. ((I have a reason for him doing this.))

Parfait gasped. "W-Wait! Don't you wish to end this madness?! Caleb--!" Moé hit her on the back of the head. "I told you to stop that!" "I have taken your ammunition. You cannot fight back." At this point, Moé would have reverted to DarkMoé, but instead she decided to run away. "Sir, I'll try to ditch them! Really!"
When Parfait and Moé were gone, with just the unnamed woman left, the unnamed woman produced a foreign axe, which looked mightily sharp. Looking over at Moé's music box with thinly veiled suspicion, she used a hell of a lot of strength to chop through it. But it didn't. The blade split into thin shrapnel, and it hit the woman in the eye. "O-Oh god! I can't see! General Parfait! General Parfait!" [[that's one resilient wooden box!]] [[It's perfectly fine. Doesn't stop my obsession, though.]]
