Erian gave him a shy smile "Yeah.. I feel better now dad... the pain's almost gone.."
Synne shrugged "Hey it works... otherwise Erian would be a lot more hurt right now... maybe even dead from the kidnapping."

Synne nodded "Well we already did.. I would hope there wouldn't be anymore close calls.."

Az nodded and moved to set him on the couch, "What book would you like?"
"I'll second that," Proteus muttered.
"Third," Saber agreed.

Erian shrugged "Any about magic... I need to study a bit."
Synne grinned "Less likely to happen since we're all living together now. Daddy won't let anything else bad happen"

"Alright, try out this one," Az said summoning a book on various defensive spells and handing it to him. "I hope you find it of interest."

Erian beamed "Thank you dad!" And started to read.
Ro, seeing Erian was ok for the moment, went into the kitchen quickly to get some calming tea. She needed it now.
Synne nodded and sighed "Well I'm sure everything will be fine.."

Az smiled, "Then I'll leave you in your brother's capable care." He followed Rowena into the kitchen, "Are you alright?"
"Yeah," Saber said giving her nudge. "Of course it will."

She smiled at Saber and hugged him "Yep.. of course it will! I'm going to go play in my room now."

"He'll be alright," Az said quietly. "He didn't break anything or hurt himself."
Saber and Proteus exchanged quick looks, "Alright."
"Have fun."
"And we'll see you later," they called back sprinting away before the word "dress" came up.

Ro sighed and leaned on the counter "I know... but still. He's still recovering and then to have that happen.. he could have re-opened wounds or something.."
Synne giggled as she skipped to her room "They must have forgotten my dresses got taken away.."

"Erian will be alright," he said again moving to stand by her. "He's a tough little guy and he has all of us here to take care of him..."
Valzar glanced out of his room as Synne skipped past, "Terrorizing Saber again?"

She rubbed her temples "I know... I just worry. I swear my heart stopped for a moment there..." She sipped her tea slowly, glaring at her slightly shaky hoofs
Synne giggled and nodded "Him and Proteus. Erian fell down the stairs but Mommy and Arc got him potions and he's ok now. I was telling them, then I said i was coming to my room to play.. and they ran. They forgot my dresses got taken away this morning."
