My story? It's damn long, that's for sure. I'll give you the "as-condensed-as-possible" version.
I'm the director of SHIELD. Since I'm pretty sure I'da heard of you if you were from my world, you probably don't even know what SHIELD is.
SHIELD is an international, omnipresent law enforcement and espionage agency. She's the first, last and only line of defense between the free world and dangerous men with dangerous agendas. And I built her. Dunno if that's somethin' I should be proud of nowadays...
Before SHIELD, I worked for the CIA. Before that, I fought in WWII. Lost my damn eye there.

Well if you're a good guy then...
::Removes her Mask and looks at him:: Well.. My story isn't as long but it might be alittle interesting.
I was incarnated from my great aunt. She walked into my body just as I commited.. suicide.. But unlike all her past lives.. I couldn't remember what she did. Only fragments.
I have her memories, most of them of her archaic fighting styles and modern ones as well. That's why I use a mace, she was the best with it.
I fought in an interplanetary war called Rann-Thanagar War. Later, I was almost hung for High Treason against a planet a past incarnation as the actual inhabitant of. I'm from Earth.
And I'm in the Justice League.
That's me in a nutshell.
