Darkened Angel Cedar, Oak, Hickory, Dogwood, or Yew? While all are quite impeccable trees, My choice goes with the Oak. Nothing like a solid Oak tree.

A lot of guitars are made from alder and basswood. 3nodding

And poplar, as well. I think most Jacksons are made from that and alder.
I hear some Les Pauls are made from mahogany.

Grrr...
So, I go to the doctor yesterday and they're like "Oh, you might have strep throat."
Me: eek "Terrific."
Doctor: *looks in my ears*" Oooh, it looks like both your ears going to become infected in the next few days."
Me: stare "You know, why don't you just KILL ME NOW!!"
I'm so miserable. I haven't been on lately becasue I'm trying to catch up on my stupid chemistry homework. And now, because I probably have strep, I'll be absent, thus giving Aanika more makeup work to be doing.
Not to mention, we have our first marching band show in ONE WEEK!! I can't afford to be friggin' sick.
