Hiya Dhar, good to see ya, sis!

... Ananda is pretty cool, huh?

I have to say in the most emphatic way possible, and not to put too fine a point on it, that Ananda is quite possibly the most stupendously supercalifragelistic magnanimous and creatively empowered woman that ever climbed behind a aesthetially well designed avi I have ever met in all of my extremely brief and limited life in either the GAIA or real world desmenses!

..and I think she's realy really nice too ! heart heart heart heart heart heart heart

*does dance of joy*

Awesome, Ananda. Like I said, if you know anyone else who'd be interested, please let me know. I'll send out personal invitations when I have about a dozen or so names.

Just want to let you both know that my darling hubby has asked me for a date tomorrow night, so I probably won't be online. Thank you both for cheering me up tonight. I'm really grateful for the friendships I'm forming here... which is what I will continue to focus on (thanks for the advice Dhar).

Oooooh! Literary salon! That sounds so cool. I love reading and writing (still officially struggling writer status, two rejection letters this week. *sigh*)

I'm reading Rebecca right now (DuMaurier). I started it with a bit of trepidation, because the prose is definitely purple in hue, but after a bit you realize "but it's good purple prose, totally in tune with the way the poor girl perceives the world."

And no, I haven't seen the Hitchcock version, so no spoilers please!
