Kuroi Ryuuka Appears on the island with a flurry of snow. "Heh... It's snowing..." Keo looks up at the sky and grins. "So it is..." She covers Spike up carefully as her tree and the tree they sat under switched places. A branch slid over them, protecting them from the wet. She smiles, watching the snow flurry. "It's nice."

Most commonly they're thought of as warm blooded reptiles, while it's a bit uncomon, it's not unheard of. Plus it wouldnt be the weirdest mix out there, example:
