Misa listened in intent silence as Hiru showed that he didn't really interact with many girls. She didn't want to seem conceeded, but she thought it was her looks that were getting to him. Little did he know, but she had already mastered the jutsu she was training. In the blink of an eye, Misa was now staring at the back of a different person.

"It's okay-" Her lips remained parted, as if in shock from the sudden appearance of a person who managed to fit between them. Whoever this person was, she could sense he was much stronger than she was. She couldn't exactly see if he was holding anything, but there was a hilt sticking up past his neck. From what she could see, the figure was holding senbon in his hands, but it was the blade that was staring her in the face that was making her concerned. This could easily turn bad, but Misa was prepaired. Her hands sparked to life with a light blue chakra. She didn't know who this was, but she wasn't about to go down without a fight. Misa wasn't afraid of this person, but his sudden appearance caught her off guard... something she would need to work on in the future.

Chakura no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel)
This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
Cp cost: 10 cp per post.
Dice Rolls: n/a
Damage: (1 - 15) + [chakra control / 3] + 2 per 10 levels in Medical Ninjutsu
Reflex DC: n/a
Requirements: Chakra Control 30, Medical Ninjutsu 30, Intelligence 26, Taijutsu 15*
Training: 4 stages
Stage I: Chakra Control DC 40 Generating a chakra blade across your hand.
Stage II: Medical Ninjutsu DC 40 Targetting muscle tissue through thick clothing and/or skin.
Stage III: Intelligence DC 18 Identifying optimal strike zones for the chakra scalpel in combat.
Stage IV: Taijutsu DC 25 Applying the technique in combat training.*
Special:
*If used in conjunction with a treat injury maneuver, add 3 per 10 level in Medical Ninjutsu to all treat injury checks and Hp healed.
*User can only use the technique offensively if the taijutsu requirement is met, however, the technique can still be learned to assist treat injury without it.
*Critical hits cause severe muscle injury which reduce victim's [dex mod] and [str mod] by 1 per 10 points in Medical Ninjutsu until treated.

Remaining CP = 218
((Misa Recovered 6 Cp **2%** from her last post. She's only showing the technique, not attacking with it.))

With a flutter of wings Tomodachi appeared in front of Misa, flapping his wings like crazy so Misa would hold out her arm. Oh all his hawks Tomodachi was the laziest, and no doubt would begin to screech and peck at her head if she wasn't quick. Tied to his right leg was a letter from Taka simply requesting her help in training some Academy students he had found. An oddish request to be sure, but she owned him from one or two ANBU missions during Taka's time there.

The hands that glowed with her chakra scalpel soon faded after she realized that he was not an enemy... merely another shinobi who had put forth a sneak attack to train Hiru. He had let his guard down after talking with her, so it was feasable to attack and teach him a lesson. Taking her hands and lowering them to her sides, Misa took in a quick breath. The sound of flapping wings was audible enough to hear coming towards them, growing louder with each passing second.

A bird... possibly a hawk... quickly caught her eyes. The white laced feathers flapping in front of her face, gave notice to the parchment upon it's right talon. Umm... maybe if I let it land? she grimaced, revealing her right arm for the hawk to land upon.

Misa winced after she heard the flapping stop, the talons of the hawk gripping her arm like a vice. With her left hand, she untied the ribbon keeping the parchment in place, taking it into her hand and unfolding it. Her eyes skimmed through the message, which was a summons for her. She didn't think that it would be appropriate for her to go dressed as she was and decided it best to stop by her home to change into her ANBU gear. "I'm on my way." she said to the hawk, allowing it to release her from his grip. Her destination was the Shoreline by the Harbor, but why would he want her to go there? It's better not to ask questions. Just go.

Once the hawk had flown from her arm, Misa dropped down from the tree, landing gracefully onto her feet. "I have to go, so, I hope to see you around town sometime!" she called up to Hiru and his threatening friend. That was when she turned on her heel and took off towards the Housing District.

((Just on a side note, the attack bonus for a sneak attack is +1 per 2 points in it. Also, even though you are launching a sneak attack, you still have to add your attack melee score and 2 per 10 points in weapon skill. So, the attack roll should be

d20 [15] + Attack Melee [60] + 2 per 10 in Weapon Skill [10] + 1 per 2 in Sneak Attack [20] = 105 = not a chance in hell for Hiru wink ))

In the middle of what could only be described as a festival of conversational blunders with the stunning girl he was clumsily trying to start a discussion with, Hiru was interrupted by a towering shinobi which he had simply had never even seen or heard coming. This surprised him a bit as he had been trained to anticipate exactly that type of attack. But, to be caught open this way, his "assailant" was most likely a shinobi of incredible skill.

Still, Hiru was startled only for a second. The attacker's stature made it so that the Kirigakure forehead protector he wore around his neck dangled right into Hiru's line of sight, clearly indicating that he was not a threat. Also, if the attacker really had been a threat, Hiru would already have three puncture marks across his chest. Now thinking more clearly in the face of danger than he did talking to a 16 year old girl, his eyes noticed the blade strapped to the shinobi's back. Any black ops shinobi could have told you who that was.

"Shizoni-sama, to what do I owe the pleasure of this... surprising... visit?", a bit nervously said Hiru, having recognized the legendary blade that made the man one of the most feared shinobis in the known world.

Shizoni stared at the the young Hoshigaki for some time, before he took off the mask, and put away the Senbon. He then jumped out of the tree, and down to the ground without any real effort.
"Come with me!" He then started to walk towards the the village, hoping Taka was at his home like usual at this time of day.

Shinzu quietly entered the Grove, his mind becoming perfectly focused on his task. With the Taijutsu scroll in hand, Shinzu had vowed not to leave the deepest part of the Grove until he had learned at least 3 techniques. Finding a dark and secluded area, seemingly far from civilization, Shinzu opened the Taijutsu scroll. This wasn't the first time he had read through it, as he already knew the Goken Style and the Reppu technique, but now he was looking to learn some new stuff. The first one he came upon was called Dynamic Entry, that seemed simple enough. (6 + 11 = 17 vs 18 Fail)

Ok so it had taken Shinzu a bit to figure ot that there was no reason to read throught the history and such of the technique. It may have wasted a lot of time but Shinzu was more then ready to start the first step. The first step in the training was to practice performing a jumping kick in place. Shinzu stood up and relaxed himself, making sure to focus on the technique. His jump and kick was near perfect. (12 + 11 = 23 vs 18 Pass)

Retaking his stance after the successful jump Shinzu once again relaxed himself. Ok he had to do this several times to be able to properly understand it and move on to the next step, and one was already down. Once his was perfectly in focus again Shinzu jumped up and performed another flawless jumping kick. (15 + 11 = 26 vs 18 Pass)

As he did oh so often Shinzu began to get cocky, this was an easy technique, he could easily blow right throught this and get on to the next technique. Naturally he didn't take the time to properly visualize the technique or anything, and failed oh so miserably on his next attempt. (2 + 11 = 13 vs 18 Fail)

Now embarrassed over his rashness Shinzu sat down infront of the Scroll and just relaxed. If he didn't calm down and remember just how cockiness could mess him up, Shinzu wouldn't finish any technique any time soon. Once he was relaxed he read over the technique in the scroll again, just to make sure on his next attempt.(1 Autofail)

Shinzu quietly rolled up the scroll and set it aside before standing up, and once again taking his stance. He was now perfectly focused on the task at hand and was also aware of his limitations. From this moment of perfect harmony Shinzu set about praciticng the jumping kick, which let to a perfectly fruitfull result. (11 + 11 = 22 vs 18 Pass)

Again he took his stance and again Shinzu jumped up and kicked, once again pulling it off perfectly. He did a mental count of how many he had done successfully so far, which came up for four, so he still had six remaining. He simply nodded his acknowlegdement of the numbers and set about doing the next one. (15 + 11 = 26 vs 18 Pass)

Shinzu's heart was beating a little harder now, but he forced himself to relax, his wasn't even halfway to being finished yet. He knew his was close though, and there was a little haste in his step as he set about retaking his stance. Still with a little haste Shinzu jumped into the air and kicked his leg out from under him, and then landed. (18 + 11 = 29 vs 18 Pass)

There was something different about that kick to Shinzu, it was starting to feel almost automatic, as if he barely even had to think about it. He tried but failed to supress a grin as he realized that this stage was starting to become automatic. Now his heart beat with joy and his haste was to due to happiness, instead of pure excitement. Jumping up and swiftly moving his leg out from under him Shinzu once again pulled it off easily. (19 + 11 = 30 vs 18 Pass)

Shinzu decided to try doing the stage without really thinking about it, to see just how good his muscle memory was getting. The next thing Shinzu knew, he was on the ground looking at the sky, apparetnly he didn't quite have have it memorized. Standing up he dusted himself off, and set about preparing himself again. (2 + 11 = 13 vs 18 Fail)

Shinzu was feeling great now, he was getting better with each attack. Wasting no time he set about performing the next jumping kick, which came ou perfectly. It was then that he knew he knew the technique, he may have jumped the gun a bit before, but now, now he could easily perform the first step.(20 Autosuccess)

Even though he knew he could properly perform it, Shinzu decided to keep going. It never hurt to get a little ahead of the game, did it? Once again he jumped ant then kicked and once again landed perfectly.(9 + 11 = 20 vs 18 Pass)

Just two more left and Shinzu could move on tot eh second stage after oh about 45 mins of practice on the first one. He now took his stance and once again performed the first step, now he only had to do one more, just one more.(15 + 11 = 26 vs 18 Pass)

Usually Shinzu would get to the last part and be too cocky to properly finish, and it would've added a lot of time to his training. Today though, today was different, Shinzu got ready, properly prepared himself and soon finished his last standing jump kick. Now he could move on to the second and final step. (15 + 11 = 26 vs 18 Pass)

Instead of jumping right into the next step Shinzu decided to sit down and study it. There was only one stage left and the last thing he wanted to do was mess it up. So for now the Shinzu's area of the grove remained silent, except for the occasional shifting of paper form Shinzu moving the scroll. (3 + 11 = 14 vs 20 Fail)

Shinzu's silence remained for a while until the ruffling of his clothes permeated the grove as Shinzu stood up. Selecting a tree, Shinzu made sure to line himself up with it, and took up his stance. Giving a strong yell Shinzu ran at the tree. "Dynamic Entry!" Dynamic it was, but it was also a major upset, as Shinzu went flying past the tree to land in some bushes some feet behind the tree. (2 + 11 = 13 vs 20 Fail)

Thouroughly embarrassed, Shinzu stood up and wiped his clothes off, thankfully since his clothes where dark colors, which hid the dirt rather well. Shinzu was more then happy that he hadn't invited anyone here to train with him, now no one would find out about this incident. Getting himself ready Shinzu ran at the Tree and jumped, hitting the tree nice and square. (16 + 11 = 27 vs 20 Pass)

Shinzu grinned as he bounced back from the tree, even doing a little flip in the process. Shinzu couldn't help but give a winning grin as he looked back at the tree, he was doing good and he knew it. After letting himself indulge in the moment for a bit, Shinzu prepared himself to launch his next practice attack. "Ahhhhh!" Shinzu yelled as he ran and jumped towards the tree, hitting it in exactly the same spot as before. (9 + 11 = 20 vs 20 Pass)

Instead of doing the fancy flip back as he had before Shinzu decided to look over the damage he had done to the tree. From what he could tell he'd stayed relatively consistant, and tree had taken a beating because of it. By now most of it's bark had been torn off and the bare tree underneath was showing. Nodding lightly and patting the tree Shinzu returned to his position and performed the technique again. (13 + 11 = 24 vs 20 Pass)

Unfortunately Shinzu began to fall into his old way, and get cocky. This was an easy technique after all, he could easily blow right throught this and get on to the next technique. Naturally he didn't take the time to properly visualize the technique or anything, and failed oh so miserably on his next attempt.
(3 + 11 = 14 vs 20 Fail)

Unlike how he usually did Shinzu did nothing to think back on what had gone, or do any kind of reflection. He decided to once again throw himself into the fire. Sadly it brought out similiar results to his previous attempt.
(4 + 11 = 15 vs 20 Fail)

Shinzu was not going to stop or quit now, he was going to keep the intensity up until he had learned the jutsu. So he quickly retook his position and launched his next practice attack.
(18 + 11 = 29 vs 20 Pass)

He toook only a brief moment to look over the damage he'd done to the tree, before retaking his position for his next attack. The next one went off just a** well, and more of the bark was now missing from the tree.
(12 + 11 = 23 vs 20 Pass)

Shinzu was visibly panting now but he kept up his pace, he refused to give in, even for a short rest. He retook his position and toook one deep breather before once again running and then luanching himself at the tree.

Shinzu continued his intense and speedy attacks, he was getting near the end of his training, and knew it. Sure he was still going to try and learn two more jutsu before he was done, but he was close to finishing this one, and to Shinzu, all that mattered was the present. Taking up his stance he launched yet another perfect attack on the tree.
(13 + 11 = 24 vs 20 Pass)

Shinzu almost appeared to bounced off the tree, but a close obseverer could see that he had in fact hit the tree with his attack, and then rapidly brought up his other leg to kick himself off and back away from his opponent. Regardless of how he did it, he was back at his starting position, already preparing himself for his next attack.
(18 + 11 = 29 vs 20 Pass)

After just a little while Shinzu deemed that he was ready to attack yet again, though he still panted hard from all of the exercise he had gotten so far. He took one deep breath to try and relax jsut a bit before he ran and jumped towards the tree, kicking it hard once again.
(9 + 11 = 20 vs 20 Pass)

This time when Shinzu returned to his starting postion he legs gave out form under him and once again Shinzu found himself staring up at the sky. though this time his pants also filled the area. The intensity he had kept up had finaly got to him and his body demanded rest,a nd he had to obey it. So for now he was unable to to attack again and took this time to relax.

Hiru was a bit surprised to be invited to follow Shizoni with so little explanation. However, when a shinobi of his stature asks you to follow him, you do not much of a choice but to comply. So, without a second thought, Hiru accepted his senior's invitation and joined him without asking questions. He'd find out soo enough what this was about anyway.

"We are going to see Takasugi Hadara." Shizoni was running towards the village housing, where he expected his friend and superior to be. Hopefully he was not to busy, but he was sure it was his day off, which was a perfect time to do some of their business. But he wasn't one to sit around and do nothing, so he may have to do a bit of searching. But Shizoni decided to still check his house out first.

After a solid ten to fifteen minutes Shinzu finally stood up, though his body did demand more rest, he willed it to stand. His was still panting relatively hard, but he didn't let it deter him, and he took up his stance. Taking one last deep breath to slow his breathing, he ran at the near barkless aqrea of the tree. "Dynamic Entry!" He yelled at the top of his lungs and he jumped and kciked, hitting the tree perfectly.
