::she shakes her head a bit:: geez, think for a sec, would you? i'm blind, remember? i can't see, which is why i'm borrowing your eyes, but my other senses have gotten a lot sharper since my eyes went, and the smoke from your cig is clouding up my sense of smell, which is making it harder for me to figure out where i'm going. i really don't care if you smoke when we're planted in one spot, but when we're moving, kindly don't

He shrugged "I don't like others touching my stuff" It was Iyashii's form of an apology.. one would hate to see him and Kishi talk.. you'd need a translator!

::she shrugs:: can't say i blame ya. if i was an only child, i'd probably hate it too, but i don't think i've ever really had anything that was JUST mine to justify not wanting it touched by anyone else... does that make any sense? i suppose not ::shrugs:: ah well, when we get to my house you can go ahead and light up, if anyone has a problem, we'll just sit outside or something

He nodded... then remembered she couldn't see him so gave an affirmative grunt as well. He wasn't used to making this much noise! Usually he just ignored when people tried to talk to him!! "My step-dad has no respect for privacy and always takes my stuff... so I'm a little touchy about it" Another vague apology, another thing he doesn't do much of! He wondered if he could get away once she was with her friends again.

Maralah had decided not to go in with the others and instead to find Franki. This was an odd decision for her but she figured it never hurt for a change of pace, she trusted Remmy not to wring Kishi's neck while she was gone, for the moment anyways. She trotted around town in fox form, every once in awhile she would use her powers to take to the air for awhile. She used magnetic pulls to use this ability but it was odd to see a flying fox so she didn't do it very often.

::snorts:: if you think your step-dad is bad, wait till you get to know my brothers... "Privacy" doesn't exsist in the Mcgleni dictionary... but i'm used to it so it's all well and good... they might go easy on you since you're an oustider, but don't get your hopes up... still ::brightening:: it makes things... inter...esting... ::she had started to trail off in midword when she felt a vaguely familar aura coming toward them. it was diffrent from the people that they passed on the sidewalk, other than being familar. but who was it? Franki closed her eyes out of reflex, picking her way through what she could sense. the aura had a distinctly earthy feel to it... so Goku or Maralah? there was also something else... something that Franki hadn't figured out how to describe yet, even to herself, but she had learned to assoiate it with the guardians... so, Maralah... Franki allowed herself a split second of smugness at figureing out who was heading toward them before she realized Maralah was alone... why wasn't she with Remmy? had something happened? was Glory okay? worry shot through Franki, having forgotten that she hadn't seen Maralah with Remmy or any of the others so it was very likely she didn't know about Glory. she turned suddenly, dragging Iyashi with her:: change of plans... Romeo'll spread the word... i hope...

He just blinked and allowed himself to be dragged. Looking down at the flowers he absently wondered what they looked like to other people. He also was relieved that he had 'forgotten' the cell phone Ben ((thats the step-father, I thought he needed a name)) had given him, for emergencies, at home! He had a feeling he'd be late for dinner.

::it never occured to Franki to wonder what they looked like, or even that some people might wonder why someone like Iyashi is letting a girl drag him around like this... espcially someone he had just met and knew nothing about... but not Franki! she continues heading for where she felt Maralah was, pushing back the rising worry:: you like foxes?

He barely blinked this time... that ment he was actually getting used to this girls randomness!! "Sure... never seen one before though. Why you taking me to the zoo now?" Oddly enough he wouldn't have minded that since he had also never been to the zoo! Ben never took him, not that he wanted Ben to, and he was always in trouble during class trips and was prohibited from going.

zoo? ::asked, confused for a moment, before she realizes what he must think:: oh, no, we're not going to the zoo... though that does seem like a good idea ::this musingly, then, cheerfully:: i'll have to bully Kishi into going with me... if i can convience HIM i can convience EVERYONE we need a day off... ::shakes her head slightly, bringing herself back to the present:: i just wanted to make sure you weren't against foxes or anything, since you're about to meet one

what's wrong? :;she had picked up on the disappointment in his tone, even with that one very short word. or maybe she's just figuring him out faster than she should. either way, she knew something was wrong and darn it, she was going to find out what and fix it! he was after all, her newest friend::
