korioki was leying against a tree shoting all the falling leafs with clay and practicly makeing a mine field arround him "ah a nother day a nother boaring nothing" then he took a nap sticking a note saying [Mine field arround! do not disturbe!]

Behind the Academy in a small dark clearing of land Marquis sits and opens up a scroll that his friend wize gave him a long time ago. "I need to train harder!" He exclaims to himself. Then begins reading:
Sekkai Zanchuu (Stone Pillar)
Description: A stone pillar lifts the shinobi high in the air away from combat. The pillar comes equipped with small stone needles that shoot when touched. The creator of the stone pillar has a limited control over it that allows it to move very slowly. This is a great way to increase the distance between the defender and an attacker. The pillar rises up 30 feet into the air.
Marquis practices the handsigns over and over again making sure he can do them quickly and without hesitation. After doing is successfully he slams his palm against the ground and only a small about 5 foot pillar rises slowly under his feet. He sits atop this pillar and thinks to himself on how he can better this technique.

The scroll reads:
Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.
Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.

As Ueki walked in the door of the Academy he was kind of scare since it was his first day. Then he look around and saw some people. Then when he closed the door there was this people that appeared right by Ueki. Ueki jumped in fear cause he know he didn't see this person a little while ago. " Do these Jutsu " The man said. Ueki took the scroll and said. " Ok Mr. I will try. " Ueki then walked around the Academy to fine a place to learn these new jutsu. He found a nice big place by a few window and he knew it was perfect. Then he opened the scroll and started reading. 'Oh wow Lightning Jutsu I hope I can do this' After he got finish reading all of them. He pick the easiest one that he thought he could do. He Then Stood up and bent side to side. Then he stop and try to forced his energy so he could do the Raikou jutsu. Then he did some hand sign and try it. A crazy looking clone came out but it wasn't lightning it was more like it was made out of wind. He then try it a few more time but the same thing happened. " Ahh I will never be able to do this. Maybe my father was right. " Then Ueki put his head down and set down.

((If you want wind to be your first element then you'll have to find Yamikonton (Rahenno) or bb3000ae (Kiyoshi) to train you. I would train you myself but I'm not currently in the village.))

After about 10 minute went by and Ueki got tired of feeling bad about his self. He then got up and a straight face and said. " No. No way I will let my father be right. I will do this. How can I stop on my first try. " Ueki said as try harder to force his energy. " Hmm Hmm...... Raikou Jutsu " Ueki shouted as he made another clone. The clone was still wrong but it looked better then the last one. " I think I'm getting it " Ueki said as he tried about 6 more times. After that he was tired but he tried one last Time. He force with all his mine, body, and soul. then Shouted " RAIKOU JUTSU " A big smoke came up and then when it went away you saw a perfect clone of his self. " Yay I did it " Ueki said all happy.

As Ueki jumped and said YAY he was loosing force on the clone and when he looked at the clone to give it a high five. He hit the clone a little to hard and the disperses into smoke. But Ueki also got shocked by it. " OMG that Hurt. I will learn to do that again. " then Ueki took the scroll back and started reading the first jutsu that was on the list. " I know i can do this now " Ueki said as he stood up and forced. Then he did some hand sign and hold it trying to make his body glow. As he stood still he feet started lighting on and off. Ueki was forcing hard so he was holding his hands tighter. 'Force, FORCE, FORCEE'. Ueki said in his head. Then his whole lower body started to light and stay on. ' Just a little more '. Then as he tried to make his whole body light up.... He drop a little. stopping the whole jutsu. When he drop Ueki got mad but he was also happy that he did that much on his first try. (( BRB ))
